The shop space is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and serve quickly. The coffee is strong, the drinks are delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Very suitable for studying, working, or meeting friends. Will come back next time!

The eatery is extremely hot, sitting for a bit and my shirt is soaked with sweat.

Doing business carelessly, buying 2 cups of the same size but the freeze cup looks like that? Disrespecting customers to the extreme, on top of that, the drink is overly sweet (already noted 50% sugar) and has melted completely into water, undrinkable, will never order again.

I write this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent experiences at the shop. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of the food and service. However, my recent visits have left a bad impression. Specifically, I want to mention the frequent presence of the owner's entire family in the shop space. I understand that the shop is their business, but the presence of their children has caused significant disturbances. The children often run around, climb on furniture, and make loud noises. Additionally, the owner's family scolding their children right in the shop creates an unpleasant and rude atmosphere. These behaviors not only affect my experience but also that of other customers. Such a noisy and unprofessional environment is not suitable for a coffee shop that I once loved. I hope that you will seriously consider this issue and take necessary measures to improve the situation. I believe that maintaining a quiet and comfortable space is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. New 2land eatery, spacious and airy space Staff super enthusiastic

The drink is very bland, I have to say it's terrible, far inferior to the Highland shops I've experienced. The shop has a very nice space, but the staff talk and laugh very loudly. Their attitude towards children is unfriendly; I will never come to this shop again. The two items I ordered were the almond Phindi, which had no coffee smell, and the almond milk also had no discernible flavor. The golden lotus tea also had no tea taste, and the lotus seeds were not soft and chewy like those at other HL shops. The experience was really terrible.

I stopped by the eatery on a hot sunny afternoon, and it was very cool. The place was clean, and the staff were enthusiastic in helping with seating. You should visit if you're near the beach, everyone.

When ordering and confirming the voucher with the shop, I had already finalized with the staff member who received the order. Later, when picking up the drinks, one cup was missing, and the ordering staff had an attitude of not wanting to re-verify the information and not wanting to handle it because the bill had already been confirmed. The bartender said they would handle the missing cup, but I kept waiting and still saw no action. So disappointed.

The music is played recklessly, sometimes children's music, sometimes sentimental music, then rap. The staff talk louder than the music; sitting outside, you can hear the staff talking as if they are arguing, competing with the music. It's even noisier than the customers talking.

The owner kept bringing his wife and children to the restaurant, making a lot of noise many times, and now I finally leave a review. The wife sat in one spot and said, 'Child, don't scream.' But if you tell a child that, do they immediately shut up? Too noisy. Two daughters don't listen. The owner scolds his children in the middle of the restaurant? If you want to teach your children, do it at home, not scold them here for everyone to hear. I have no obligation to listen to other people's family affairs. If you are a business owner, you must know what kind of place this is. This behavior is exactly like someone who has money but no education. Truly inconsiderate!

The place is too noisy. Noisy customers are unavoidable, but the staff is often louder than the customers (especially the afternoon shift on the last two weekends). Plus, the music is loud and the playlist is bad. I sit here almost every weekend, but the atmosphere is getting worse, so I'll stop coming.

The restaurant shipped the wrong order to the customer and the phone number couldn't be reached. Ordered 4 items, got 3 wrong, don't understand how????
