Usually the noodles are delicious, I've eaten here many times continuously. There's an older, plump lady who cooks well. But today a new young staff member said she switched to the morning shift, and it was disappointing—the noodle broth tasted like plain water just poured in. The shop needs to standardize the cooking method so customers will keep coming; otherwise, they'll lose all their customers.

Everyone should avoid this eatery. The vegetables are not washed clean, the noodles were stale and sold to customers, and I asked not to add fatty meat but got all fatty meat. This is not the first time. Today I bought takeout and encountered this. When eating on-site, there were times when the meat still had hair, and the vegetables were rotten and not washed clean.

I can't remember how many times I've eaten here, but every time I'm too busy eating to take photos :)) The noodles are soft and delicious, the seasoning is rich, the fresh raw vegetables are clean and cut into bite-sized pieces - if you ask for more, the owner is very generous. The braised filling is a bit salty if eaten alone, but mixing it with vegetables makes it very tasty. Note that the filling, whether chicken, fish, or meat, is spicy, so it might be a bit difficult for children to eat. The price is reasonable.

The food is okay, but there are days when the raw vegetables are spoiled a lot and the Quang noodles sometimes smell bad. The eatery should pay attention to the vegetables and Quang noodles.

I came to eat with my family. I saw many reviews so I stopped by to try it. The eatery is located on Nguyen Phuoc Lan street. For me, the food is okay but cannot be called delicious. I ordered beef noodles but found it not well-marinated, the beef was chewy. When eating, adding a little chili sauce makes it taste better. The fresh herbs served on the side were fresh and green. When I asked for more herbs, the owner was very cheerful. The price compared to the general level is okay. The space of the eatery is airy, reminiscent of the old Quang style.
