CHẢ CÁ THÁT LÁT OK
Good.
I stopped by Banh Canh O Hong and give it about 4/5 stars. The eatery is quite familiar to locals, with a casual, slightly small but clean space. However, on hot days, especially at noon, it feels quite stuffy and hot, so sitting for a long time isn't very comfortable. The banh canh here has a rich, slightly thick broth in the traditional style, which is quite addictive. The noodles are soft, not mushy, and pair harmoniously with toppings like cha and meat. Overall, the food quality is consistent, easy to eat, and suits many people's tastes. A plus point is that the nem chua here is quite tasty, with a balanced flavor, and eating it as a side helps reduce the greasiness. This is also a dish I noticed many people order extra. The owner gives a pleasant impression, service is decent, not overly elaborate but enough to make customers feel comfortable. The food comes out quite quickly, with no long wait. Overall, the eatery serves good food worth trying, but the slightly hot space is a minor drawback. If this factor could be improved, the experience would be more complete.
crazy price
It depends on each person's perception, for me the food is okay
The banh canh is okay, not yet delicious. The broth is not rich enough (I ate duck banh canh), the duck meat is a bit bony and also a bit scarce.
Delicious and interesting
A bit crowded so I had to serve myself. I'm a bit sensitive to MSG so I probably can't eat there a second time.
I often eat fish + crab cake. Delicious, recommend everyone to try
I ordered food for delivery. The price on platform S is double due to delivery fees, so if possible, you should eat at the restaurant for a better price. In terms of appearance, nothing special, the food is average. - The duck doesn't have a gamey smell - The crab spring rolls are ordinary - The snakehead fish isn't very firm - The broth is slightly thick, with no distinct flavor from any topping I've eaten here twice because the banh canh noodles have a slightly square shape, not round, so I found it unusual.
Suitable for those living in Da Nang but missing their hometown QT.kkk
O Hong's banh canh is also okay. I usually order the duck banh canh and find the duck meat tasty, tender, and quite generous in portion, so it's satisfying. However, the broth isn't really rich; it's a bit bland. The crab cake isn't very good; it feels like there's little crab and the flavor isn't distinct. Overall, the eatery is acceptable, but if they could make the broth richer and improve the quality of the crab cake, it would be even better.
The food is okay. It suits my taste.
- The broth is like mixing duck and snakehead fish together. Both the duck banh canh and the snakehead fish banh canh taste exactly the same. If you eat the duck banh canh, the duck flavor is very bland with an added taste of snakehead fish banh canh; if you eat the snakehead fish banh canh, the snakehead fish flavor is also very bland, except it has added ném lá and a duck taste. It's all over the place. - For the duck meat banh canh at 25k, the shop could put 1 or 2 pieces of meat, but here they cut 4 thin slices like the slices of cha in a bowl of hu tieu, and they marinate it with seasonings saltier than the broth. The meat is both dry and salty (no longer has the sweetness of duck). - When I asked for extra quẩy, the short-haired girl didn't look, said there was only one, I called again, she glanced but didn't go to tell the kitchen to make it :)) (very condescending attitude) => If this is said to be a specialty of Quảng Trị, the flavor and preparation method are completely wrong!
They still cook spoiled crab cakes for customers to eat. The eatery is cramped and dusty. It used to be okay, but now it's too bad. The eatery is getting worse and worse, really.
Delicious and unique dish!
The bowl of porridge is very delicious. Rich in Quang Tri flavor. I ate the whole bowl hehe
Hot eatery Average food Staff with sour faces
Delicious food, the owners are kind. A customer forgot their phone for the whole afternoon and came back to ask; the owners were very happy because they had kept the phone waiting to return it to the customer!!
Authentic Quang Tri-style banh canh. Fresh boiled fish, extremely delicious fish cake. A rustic dish with a light, sweet flavor. Stumbled upon the app and found a shop that suits my taste.
Quang Tri specialty thick noodle soup, delicious! The broth is sweet and clear, piping hot. Ingredients like fish cake and fresh duck meat are tasty. Fried dough sticks are freshly fried, hot and crispy. Ordering is fast, staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Tables and chairs are clean, utensils are complete and tidy.
Delicious thick noodle soup, spacious atmosphere.
Acceptable, not outstanding.
The food is super delicious, the restaurant is clean, the staff is cheerful, everyone should try it.
