Co Thuy's eatery is great, delicious food and cheap, the owner is enthusiastic and cheerful.
Hanoi-style bun cha but not as delicious as eating in Hanoi. The marinated meat is not as fragrant. The dipping sauce is a bit bland and the price is also not as good as in Hanoi.
