The drinks are very delicious. The staff is extremely enthusiastic, our group ordered a bit complicated with additions here and there, but they were very accommodating, always cheerful and proactively supportive to the fullest. Amazing experience at Starbucks Bà Nà Main Gate! After a morning exploring Bà Nà Hills, I stopped by Starbucks to rest and was truly impressed with the service quality here. Right from the start, Bin greeted me warmly, making me feel as comfortable as visiting a familiar café. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, and what surprised me was Bin's thoughtfulness in asking about my taste preferences to adjust the drink perfectly. When I received the cup, there was also a small note on it with a cute wish—a small detail but enough to make the whole day brighter. If I have a chance to return, I will definitely visit again!
