Nice meal
Food was good, and sizes were plentiful. Ordering off a tablet was fine however I would maybe recommend ordering entrees, or smaller dishes first, and separate, before ordering mains as it all came out very quickly and together,so by the time we had got through our rolls, and other entrees, our mains had cooled own. Otherwise everything was good and excellent staff.
Terrible service!!! Order by iPad menu… no one came asking how food was…which is worse than a fast food restaurant.
Over rated popular restaurant with bad service and fast food grade food. Disappointed!!!
Magical evening!!!!
Was closed the first evening my sister and i tried to eat here. So, we came back the next evening. They sat us in the courtyard under the trees and strung lighting with the colorful lanterns. It was magical! We ordered far too much food for two people to eat. We ordered yellow curry, scrumptious! Beef in baetle leaf, was wonderful. They have lovely spring rolls. Then there was a fried egg sort of thing that you use the spring roll wrappers with vegetal sort of stuff to wrap it all together so you can eat it.....awesome. We had desserts....i ate them both! I'm coming back in April 2026 and I'm brining my husband!!!! We already have reservations!! Wondrous experience!!!
Nice restaurant. We were served by waiter Bao, who immediately changed our table as soon as we asked for one by the window, shared his great mood and didn't forget to top up our wine. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, with a beautiful view of the inner courtyard. As for the food: the thick noodles are tastier than regular ones; the pork and shrimp buns should be tried with the crispy chip they are served on (it might be unusual that they are not hot); I expected more from the fish, personally it was a bit bland for me. Overall, a good impression, we will come again.
I came for lunch, and the staff were very friendly, guided me to my seat well, and provided good service. I wanted to try Quang Nam noodles, but the chicken was so delicious and...
Da Nang Madam Lan, as rumored, it was very delicious and a Michelin-star restaurant, and the price was good too. The atmosphere was nice, the store was luxurious, and I praise the friendly service of the staff.
Located along the Han River in central Da Nang, central Vietnam (04 Bạch Đằng), this iconic restaurant is a Michelin Selected establishment: 【Nhà hàng Madame Lân / Madame Lan】. The exterior features an impressive Hoi An-style yellow building with traditional tiled roofs and lantern decorations, and its riverside location allows for a pleasant atmosphere both day and night. The restaurant has indoor and terrace seating, accommodating a wide range of customers from families to couples and groups. It offers a rich menu centered on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, covering famous dishes from all over the country such as Mì Quảng, Bún Bò Huế, Bánh Xèo, and Gỏi Cuốn (fresh spring rolls), making it a delightful selection for tourists. The menu is also clean and easy to read. It is a photogenic and well-balanced restaurant.
Is this restaurant really in the Michelin guide? Overall, we found the dishes bland, tasteless, and disappointing. The grilled pork was okay at best; its texture was pleasant, very tender, and its sauce was laughably the only element that had flavor in everything we ordered. The salted egg spring rolls had a sandy texture. The stuffed rice cakes were lukewarm and flavorless. The fruit teas were poorly balanced, one too sweet (guava juice) and the other tasteless (pandan oolong lotus tea). While the servers were polite, the restaurant's atmosphere was not the most pleasant: a lot of foot traffic and constant background noise of stacked plates. For the price and reputation, I do not recommend.
The setting was incredible. I was lucky to have good weather & service that was not only fast but also of high quality. The staff are attentive without hovering over you. I got a little demo on how to...
Excellent restaurant! Traditional Vietnamese cuisine, fast service, diverse crowd.
Very popular place. Delicious food. Lots of seafood.
Not bad cuisine, a solid four out of five, good restaurant
The food was okay, no wow effect, just a good pho bo. The staff was friendly 👍 They immediately took us to the second floor, which turned out to be a fatal drawback. It was very cold there, air conditioners were facing each other and blowing very hard; we got really cold, and the next day I got sick 😷 The soup took the longest to bring; people who came after us got their orders, while we sat waiting and freezing. In the end, I asked the female manager, and after that everything was brought in a couple of minutes. It seemed to me that everything was already ready, they just forgot about us, because my wife's noodles were already stuck together, and the soup was at room temperature. Because of the cold, we ate quickly to warm up a bit and ran away. The guys bringing the food have no idea who they are serving; they constantly ask, check with managers or guests. There's such a flow and no system; overall, I'm not completely disappointed, but eating at a cheap eatery near home would have been easier, cheaper, and more comfortable.
The restaurant is airy and located by the Han River. The food is delicious, especially the beef noodle soup, Quang noodles, and Cao Lau are very tasty.
Một chuyến thăm lại Đà Nẵng sau 40 năm.
The restaurant is clean and airy, but it seems to lack toilets; you have to go quite far to find them. The food is refined. Thank you, Mrs. Lan, for a truly comfortable dinner.
Bonne adresse avec un menu étendu
The restaurant is pleasant, the waitresses are very responsive, but above all the menu is extensive with a wide choice of dishes ranging from north to south Vietnam. The com tam of Madame Lan, which is a signature dish, is quite good, especially the pork. A good address that will satisfy everyone.
Staff are enthusiastic and lovely, although it was very crowded
The Hue beef noodle soup here is absolutely top-notch, everyone! The other dishes are also very delicious.
Delicious food, and the cute waiter made me forget to take a check-in photo
Enthusiastic staff, food suits my taste, airy space 🤩
Delicious food; very good service, will come back
Delicious food, quick serving. Cheerful service
The food is very ridiculous... very bad... the images in the menu are big, clear, and beautiful... but when brought out...😂 oh my, I laugh so hard... it's like children playing house back in the day!!! It feels like being cheated, everyone, and the price is still very high... I ate at this place 15 years ago, and it was OK back then... I am a local... with this style, it's only suitable for spontaneous street stalls... but this restaurant, I remember it used to have a beautiful setting, delicious food, and even with high prices I still found it OK... but right now I am so disappointed!!!! Too bad… 😫
The restaurant is not too crowded but the service is slow. When other dishes are served, the staff does not know how to clear the table for customers. The food is beautifully presented but only has an average flavor. There is no private parking lot; you have to park in a nearby lot.
