‼️ It's extremely hot, I have to say it's like a steam bath, eating and bathing at the same time. If you come after 8:30 PM and the milk tea or something runs out, they won't refill it; if the instant noodles run out, they're also gone, everyone. If customers finish eating, the noodle cabinet only has 1-2 packs left that no one eats; even if you ask the staff, they'll say it's gone, but it's only 8 PM, they won't refill. They only cook the packs that are currently left! ‼️ The pork this time is not like before. Before, each piece was distinct; the pork belly had a fatty layer that was rich and delicious. But now they only use fully lean pork, rolled into a huge lump, and put it in hot pot—I say it's both dry and bad =)))) The meat is so bad that customers don't eat much, leaving a lot left over. Even if they finish it, the staff keeps refilling the meat, but it's the same fully lean type. The staff is overwhelmed, looking sluggish and unable to work; the cabinet has no paper, chopsticks, spoons, or toothpicks left, so you have to grab from other tables. In general, I've been eating here for years, but it's terribly bad. The air conditioning has never been fixed, and the quality is inconsistent—sometimes good, sometimes extremely bad. But with meat like that, I don't know if they'll change it; if it's still the same fully lean type, it's not worth eating. 🙏🏻 If you don't want to get annoyed, you shouldn't try it.
Our table came in from 8 o'clock, but the vegetables ran out, the rice dishes ran out, the fried items ran out, the milk tea wasn't refilled. What time is the cutoff for the line? Now everything is already gone. If items are out, the manager should review their ordering; if the staff are lazy and don't refill, then look into it and resolve it. The staff have a bad attitude, from the kitchen to the service.
Thai staff friendly loving customers happy 😉
The food is okay. I've been here quite a few times, but today I felt that one of the staff members was really bad.
This staff member is very cute and very professional. I went to eat once and I secretly admired you. I don't know if you have a boyfriend or not. I want to ask for your info.
Having a good meal but the staff are arguing loudly in the kitchen, hope the restaurant...
This is an excellent choice for anyone who loves authentic Korean food! I had the buffet and was completely satisfied – the sauce was rich, moderately spicy, with plenty of high-quality toppings. The space inside Lotte is clean and airy, comfortable to sit and eat even though the place is always quite busy. The staff are quick and enthusiastic, serving without long waits. The price is reasonable given the central location and food quality. Anyone who loves Korean food, especially tteokbokki, should give it a try – you won't be disappointed!
Cold food, dry chicken, average food. The little staff girl was enthusiastic, but let me ask the restaurant: is it possible that the whole place has only one fan? Why is it so difficult to ask for the fan to be turned on?
The food is cold, the counter line serves dishes extremely slowly. I waited for the mixed glass noodles for 30 minutes. When I asked the staff, they said to wait a bit and it would come, but from the beginning I only managed to get one serving until I left, even though I lingered to wait, they still didn't bring it out. The price has also increased to nearly the same level as similar eateries, but the food is not as diverse.
Today I went with my girlfriend at 7:30 PM. The restaurant was very crowded; I had to wait 15 minutes to get a table. I arrived quite late, but the food was fully replenished and still hot. I really like the fried kimbap, but I suggest the restaurant add more fans for cooling because I felt very hot — the space is small and crowded with customers, so it's very hot.
The restaurant space is spacious. I went in the evening, it was very crowded; even though I had booked a table in advance, I still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The customers were mainly Korean. Despite the crowd, the food came out quite quickly. The dishes, in my opinion, are decent and palatable. The seafood is fresh.
I went at 7 PM. The place was almost full, but the staff served very quickly and enthusiastically. The counter served dishes fully, and the crispy chicken was very delicious. Hope the restaurant maintains this standard!!!
I went for lunch on Sunday. When paying, I gave my phone number (registered at Vincom) for the staff to apply a discount, but they didn't give it and said I had to register again at the Lotte branch. Seriously, if I have to register at each branch to use the discount via phone number, I might as well use a physical card.
The restaurant has a luxurious design, suitable for family parties or company gatherings. The open kitchen area allows customers to observe the chefs preparing seafood, creating a sense of reassurance about food hygiene.
The food was terrible, I vomited after eating. The food seemed old, overall too bad, never coming back a second time.
The chicken is cold, the pork is rotten, when asking where the dipping sauce is, the staff has a bad attitude, not worth the money.
After eating, I had a stomachache all day
Today the eatery is crazy busy, absolutely wonderful
The food was terrible, the staff was unfriendly. The chicken was overly salty, with no vegetables or corn at all. The meat took an hour for the staff to bring out. Will never come back.
Today I went to eat with a very relaxed and excited mood. My partner and I arrived at the restaurant a bit late, so we had to wait. Before entering, the staff informed us that there were many customers, so the food would be served slowly. We accepted and went in. The food was decent and to our taste. Today the restaurant also had new items and toppings to drink with milk tea. My partner really liked it =))). The staff were friendly in conversation. Today I came to check the reviews and saw other customers giving low ratings. I don't understand why. Before entering, the staff had already informed each customer that the food would be slow or that chicken or something was sold out. Yet those people still came in to eat, then left reviews saying there was no chicken or fried items, as if it were expected. So funny lol 🤣🤣. I also work in the kitchen, so I understand and sympathize with the staff. When there are many customers, the food needs to be refilled continuously, which takes time to prepare, or sometimes ingredients run out. That's enough said for those who have never worked in a kitchen to understand and sympathize with the staff. I will come back on the nearest occasion 😆😆
At 5 PM on March 2, two of us went to use the service at the store. The chicken was already sold out at that time (all sauced chicken was gone, only a little original chicken remained). I came in to eat without any notice about the delay in replenishing chicken. I waited for a whole hour and saw no restocking of fried chicken. It wasn't until 6:10 PM that they sparingly added a few pieces of chicken. I am very annoyed about this issue. The food on the line counter was very scarce and sparse, and the staff were busy chatting. For example, if they couldn't prepare in time, they could have informed customers in advance that the chicken was running out quickly and we would have to wait, and I would have been very understanding. Instead, I had to wait over an hour, which I find very bad.
Appointment at 11am, when I came back I saw the staff still sitting inside without saying anything. A female customer went into the shop, then the staff said they only accept customers at 12pm. At 12pm I came back and saw all tables full. What is this? The schedule is completely unclear. Frustrating.
I went to eat at nearly 8 PM, the food was gone and not refilled. I only waited to eat chicken, but the chicken was completely sold out. From the time I ate until I left, only one plate of chicken was brought out. The soda was also flat. Utterly disappointing.
The staff just stand and laugh at customers, ignoring them, pushing them from one person to another. The chicken nuggets with orange sauce... after Tet, everything is gone. The food is sparse with just a few fish balls, vegetables, and rice. I've eaten here many times, but this is the first time I've truly felt disappointed. Sometimes they allow table reservations, sometimes they don't. I think the only decent person is the staff member in black (probably the manager).
