I saw a fly in the display shelf with the kimbap and chicken feet items of the shop; it was inside there and landed on the food?? The tok chicken was very little, but also the chicken was reheated in a microwave so it was limp and chewy. The kimbap brought out was also cold; I had to ask the shop to reheat it, but it was okay to eat. The Korean fish cake soup is no longer as good as when the shop first opened when the owner was still selling; it tastes very bland, cold, and the soup broth is not even good; the fish cake stick is thin, tasting entirely of flour with no fish flavor. The hot pot is boring if you don't order extra toppings; the seafood is not fresh, and the hot pot is stuffed with cabbage, and the pot is shallow, so it's very annoying. The staff kept forgetting our table's order; we had to remind them several times.

The restaurant is spacious, with 2 floors so everyone can comfortably choose a spot. The menu offers a variety of dishes and drinks. I like places with a menu with many dishes. The hot pot, chicken feet, and cold noodles are delicious, but the black bean noodles are just okay, not very impressive. The space is spacious with many rooms and multiple floors. Outside, they also sell coin-shaped cakes, which are quite tasty :))) it's been a while since I've seen a place selling them. I don't recommend the drinks here, they taste a bit strange...

I bought the traditional tobokki hot pot. Usually, it's very okay, but yesterday when I bought it again, the amount of food increased, the box was bigger, but the quality was, I must say, poor. The tobokki wasn't soaked through, the fish cake was puffy and crumbly. The broth didn't have any flavor.

Dirty table. Food is not delicious. Black bean noodles have no smell or taste of black bean paste, the sauce is watery and sweet. Not worth the price. Seaweed rice balls are ice-cold. Kimchi is watery. Chopsticks and spoons look a bit dirty. In short, not recommended.

I visited the eatery yesterday, around 9 PM I ordered 2 dishes. Fried seaweed rolls and hot pot noodles with beef, mushrooms, tok... there was an extra plate of fish cake tok, the fried seaweed rolls were also a bit oily. The hot pot noodles had very little broth; turning the stove to high heat for a while made the water dry up. Many customers don't know and don't add extra plates of fish cake, vermicelli,... into the hot pot, so what should they do? And one thing is the staff's attitude. When I arrived, there were about 2-3 tables, I ordered right away but it took a long time to get served, I kept peeking inside to see if my dishes were ready. And at that time there were many staff, I called out to a staff member sitting nearby, with bleached gray hair or something, but they seemed to ignore the customer, because I only saw that person so I called but felt they didn't care much. And I saw a female staff member eating secretly in front of customers, eating chicken feet, she ran behind me and hid the chicken feet behind her back. This is extremely inappropriate for customers to see, eatery. And finally, when I paid, it also took a while to get the bill. The eatery has many staff, more than 5 staff per shift, but I had to ask 2 or 3 times. The staff huddled together, no one cared, then after a while someone came to ask if I was paying cash or bank transfer =))) And another taboo is that while customers are eating, they go to clear tables, sweep trash, and dump the trash bin :))) I don't know how the eatery trains its staff, but this is a huge taboo, especially when at only 9:30 PM the eatery stops accepting new orders. At that time there were still 2 tables plus many staff, yet they did that in front of customers as if subtly driving them away. As soon as our table left, I saw the other table also leave because they felt uncomfortable. The tables were cleared completely empty, only our table remained, who wouldn't feel awkward, boss? 🤣 I saw reviews on TikTok and it's near my home so I came to experience it, but I guess I had high hopes so I was utterly disappointed =)))) I read some comments, many customers also mentioned the food quality and especially the staff's attitude. I hope the eatery improves on the above points, and wish the eatery prosperous business!

I went to eat around 6 PM, after seeing reviews on TikTok. I had high expectations for the restaurant, but my experience was not very comfortable. When I arrived, the place was quite empty, so the food came out very quickly. At first, I was quite surprised, but when I ate, I was not happy at all. I ordered a full-topping Tokbokki hot pot, a cold noodle dish, a black bean noodle dish, and spicy chicken. Honestly, whether it was because the restaurant was busy (though it wasn't busy at the time) or because of the food itself, the chicken and black bean noodles were both cold, which really killed the mood. The black bean noodles were hard and dry; I could pick up a whole clump of noodles with my chopsticks. Everyone says the flavors are authentic, but I didn't find them authentic at all? Every dish was too sweet. After we ordered, I looked around and saw mandu on the counter, so I asked a staff member how many pieces come in a serving. The staff member said they don't sell them separately. I was a bit confused—or maybe I mistook the mandu for fried dumplings? The service staff were quite good. Although one new staff member was a bit slow in taking orders, we were quite understanding. But I hope the restaurant can explain whether the chicken and black bean noodles were supposed to be cold like that, or if it was a kitchen mistake? I hope the restaurant can explain.

Terrible experience returning after many visits. My family arrived and ordered at 8:15 PM. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing a table that came later get their food first, I asked but was told to wait. Since I asked the restaurant to pre-cook the hot pot, I thought it would take longer than other tables (I was with a baby, so it wasn't convenient to cook hot pot at the table). After another 15 minutes, a different staff member asked if my table had received any food yet and checked, only to find that our bill had been missed. All I needed initially was an apology, but no, no one came to apologize to my table; they just said from a distance, 'Please wait a bit :)' Then I showed my displeasure, and they came over and explained that the bill was missed (still no apology). My child started crying and wanting to go home, but the food still hadn't been brought out. After a while, a staff member came and offered a 15% discount on the bill, but I didn't need it because I was very upset and annoyed that I still hadn't received an apology from anyone.

Bad service attitude, no greeting when entering and no thank you when leaving, customers are passed around when ordering, drinks are forgotten and brought out, the food is average, the cabbage has a slightly moldy smell. If anyone asks if I will come back, the answer is no.

Today, my friend and I visited this restaurant, but the experience was very bad, not like the TikTok reviews. The staff had a bad attitude; we called them 2-3 times but they didn't listen and didn't respect customers. We ate hot pot, but the table didn't have bowls; we had to call the service to bring them. As for the water, it was in the fridge, but we waited 10 minutes and still didn't get it; we had to call the service again to bring it out. The food was very bad. I have eaten a lot of Korean food, but this restaurant disappointed me.

I personally don't like Korean food, so I won't comment, but my wife said it was delicious. When we ordered the hot pot, we didn't know to mention the spiciness level, so the hot pot was a bit spicy. If you can't handle spicy food, remember to ask the staff to reduce it or get a non-spicy portion. The location is not too far from the beach and easy to find. The outdoor seating area is beautifully decorated, airy, and cool. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive.
