Highlands Coffee

Quality coffee shop for the morning :3 near the center, suitable for chatting with friends, family gatherings. The shop is right at the intersection corner with a great street view 😌😌😌

I really like this Highlands coffee shop. The space is spacious and not too crowded. It is divided into different areas, so if one area is noisy, you can sit in another area, which is fine.

The space is always crowded, I often visit and sometimes there are no seats. The coffee and all drinks here are delicious, but I find the cakes nothing special.

The eatery is a bit small but also quiet

Not discussing the quality of the cakes and drinks or the space of the shop. However, this branch needs to review its staff. A young female staff member had a very unpleasant attitude. She glared at customers when she entered the wrong order, and when the customer checked the bill and found the mistake and asked to correct the order, even though she had not confirmed the order beforehand, she just entered it herself and printed the bill herself.

At this branch, there was a female staff member who acted impolitely. When handing over money, she put her foot up on the counter to tie her shoelaces, an insensitive action that showed disrespect to customers.

The bread inside is very cold even though the outside is crispy. My stomach is weak, so I felt uncomfortable afterward. I ordered water without ice but they still put ice in, and they had an unhappy attitude when making another glass.

The front facade is arranged with plants, which seems not very reasonable. Probably it's to block the afternoon sun, but this inadvertently makes the shop lose its airy feel.

The restaurant just opened before Tet, the space is quite spacious and modern.

Drivers wait for orders for a very long time, sometimes over 30 minutes, and only start working when asked.

Wherever I go, I stop by HL. So I recommend it, everyone. The prices are stable. And you can also apply promotional programs. So stop by.

Customers have to run around several times. The box is torn. Staff talk too much. Overall, it's far inferior to the Highlands place.

Buying golden lotus tea without lotus, what's that about? 85k, I thought it was jackfruit leaves, oh my god, doing business without informing customers, one hour, what kind of business is this, oh my god

UNFRIENDLY ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF. I ordered a peach jelly tea, and the peach pieces were not fresh, mushy, and much more sour than usual. I brought it out hoping the shop would notice and have some attitude to resolve the tea for me. My friend was also shy, so she hinted that the peach seemed off and wanted to change the peach. AND THE STAFF MEMBER JUST SAID "OH" ONCE, WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION, JUST TOOK THE CUP AWAY TO CHANGE THE PEACH AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO ME. THE ATTITUDE WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY FOR USING PEACH THAT SEEMED SPOILED TO MAKE THE DRINK FOR THE CUSTOMER :) I know everyone makes mistakes, I don't blame you for giving me that peach, but at least you should be a bit friendlier to the customer, right? :)

I was waiting to order when I overheard the staff telling the previous customer to wait about 15-20 minutes because of the holiday crowd (though I didn't see many customers). When I ordered, I thought my drink would be the same, so I felt okay, but honestly, I waited too long. Meanwhile, I ordered about 15 minutes before those two customers, but they got their drinks before me. When the staff came to clear the table, I asked them to check on my drink, but I got no response. Then, 5 minutes later, the drink came. Seriously, did you guys forget the bill, or was that drink so small you couldn't see it? :)) Two weeks ago, I also visited the shop, and a staff member asked for a 5-star review. Coming back today, it's just weird. "That's really disappointing.

I often come here to work, but the weekend experience is very bad. Parents bring their children along to run around and scream, disturbing those around them. The staff did not remind them. The place is so noisy that I can't concentrate. => This place is not suitable for those who come to work on weekends. I hope the management will make adjustments to suit students and office workers. As for parents, they should leave their children at home and not bring them along. It extremely affects the people around.

The restaurant is too crowded, it's very difficult to talk. The security guard is polite and friendly.
