I happened to search for a coffee shop on Google Maps and found this place quite close to home, so I invited friends to try it out. The shop is an old-style house in a small alley, with very simple and beautiful decor. The backyard is a painting area for children and adults, and there are also painting workshops. The open space is cool and airy, but there are too many mosquitoes because of the lush plants. There are essential oil diffusers, but they don't seem effective 😄 I'm often targeted by mosquitoes, so I'm a bit wary. In the main house, if it's crowded, it's quite noisy, and the two-seat tables nearby are not comfortable at all. If you have free time, dropping by to chill a bit is okay. For drinks, you should go for coffee; the other drinks aren't that great.

convenient location for travel
If you are looking for a quiet space in the heart of the city, Uncle Manh's Coffee Shop (located in the small alley 298/21 Cach Mang Thang 8) is a hidden gem. Stepping into the shop, the first feeling is an oddly cool and serene atmosphere. The space is filled with the green of ferns and ornamental plants, creating a small garden separated from the noise of traffic. Sitting under the foliage, sipping a cool Strawberry Rose Tea or a rich cup of coffee, you will feel time slow down. The most interesting point is perhaps the black dog lazily sunbathing next to the gentle purple heather flowers. This is not just a coffee shop, but also an artistic Art Gallery, where you can read books while enjoying the peaceful and nostalgic atmosphere.
The shop is beautiful, spacious, and super airy. There are many fragrant flowers too, I really like it. There are also cats, meow meow. The drinks are delicious, especially the salted plum lemon tea 🫶🏻🫶🏻 10/10, I keep taking photos and never get bored. The staff are also lovely.
Okay, nice decoration, but the seating is a bit uncomfortable
Chú Kiện really likes drinking coffee at Chú Mạnh's shop.
Garden coffee, suitable for checking in on holidays like April 30, September 2, and such.
Beautiful view, chill, spacious atmosphere. Drinks are reasonably priced, good to drink. The antique-style decor is very suitable for those who like retro vibes. Great for taking photos in ao dai.
The scene of the crowd is quite beautiful
It's cute 🥹🥹🥹💕💕💕💕
enthusiastic
The staff is very enthusiastic. The owner takes good care of the guests attentively. But I feel the drinks are not very tasty (salted plum kumquat tea, grapefruit tea). If possible, the shop should change the drink menu.
The shop has small and large matcha latte🥰
Making the broth a bit slow. The rest is okay, worth trying.
cute eatery, delicious drinks
Pretty eatery
The milk coffee is okay, but the price is a bit high compared to the scale of the shop and the surrounding area. The shop has a fairly spacious space, a 70s-80s house style combined with garden decoration.
They only made a glass of orange juice and black coffee, but still made me wait 20 minutes. I'm begging you, they didn't even give ice and sugar for the coffee, so how can I drink it? The service didn't pay attention to anything. This is my first and last visit.
Super delicious fruit juice and reasonable price There are many places to take cute photos
Delicious drinks, beautiful shop. Taking photos is also great! 10 points !!!
