Yesterday, I visited a very nice cafe named "Bong" with my friends, and it was a great experience. The cafe has a cozy and vintage atmosphere, which is perfect for relaxing or studying. The interior is decorated with beautiful flowers and old furniture, making it a wonderful place to take photos. Regarding the menu, they offer a wide range of drinks and desserts at reasonable prices. I ordered a coconut coffee, and it was absolutely delicious and refreshing. Moreover, the staff were friendly and served us very quickly. The only downside is that the cafe can be a bit crowded and noisy during weekends. However, I still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable coffee shop in the city.

Attentive and thoughtful service, warm welcome, fast ordering without having to fumble for the counter, with staff serving at the table and greeting at the door. Diverse selection from milk tea to fruit tea, with many toppings to choose from. Large, airy space without stuffiness or odors, very comfortable, suitable for friends, relatives, and families, with a menu suitable for children. Takeaway products are packed neatly and cleanly. The restaurant has a lot of menu items, but everything you order is out of stock. I ordered more than 5 dishes, and each one was missing something. Items are listed on the menu but not available for sale—what's up with that? The staff and manager are careless. I ordered takeout, and the staff told me to sit on a chair and wait, but there were no chairs. Their attitude is very indifferent to customers, noisy, and unprofessional. 1 star because the price is reasonable, but nothing else is good—terrible.
Super addicted to cotton milk tea. But I like drinking at this shop the most, super satisfied with this shop, the shop is clean from the inside out.

The eatery has a nice location, the prices are quite cheap. The place is small but has many staff, so it's quite noisy; the bar counter makes a deafening sound.
Yesterday morning I just went to the Bông eatery here, the place is clean, airy with air conditioning, and they even have a guard to park the car for you.
The shop is super cute, the staff is enthusiastic, I noticed that the water here is better than other locations.
I arrived at 8:30 but every dish was sold out, it was really hard to choose.
I eat and drink milk tea at this place super super often, and every time it's delicious, it's wonderful, the staff are very cute, the place is clean.

The attitude of the staff and management on shift needs retraining. Staff lack management, and management also behaves poorly when shortcomings occur. Customers come to use the service, but the staff talk and laugh quite loudly, showing a lack of respect for customers. Service quality is declining, possibly due to complacency with a stable customer base. Too bad.
Oh weird. The menu said fresh milk with brown sugar and tapioca pearls is sold out, so I ordered just fresh milk with brown sugar (no pearls), and I added a topping of khuc bach. The staff said something like the recipe must include pearls, I said I don't need pearls, but they insisted it's mandatory. Then they made me order an additional topping of white tapioca pearls. So what's the point of having the fresh milk with brown sugar item on the menu?
Lately, the staff seems a bit off, huh.
The water is very good, but I came to the shop because I saw on TikTok that the manager is funny 🤣, but when I arrived, I didn't see her.
