There's no food here, just loads of fluffy little promeranians! They're so active and loving. Some of them just fall into your lap and asleep on minutes. Great stress reliever. They're quite well taken care of as well. Be careful if you open a bag of treats, these furballs will be jumping on you to get some. They're super harmless though.

there was only one staff working when we arrived, so we could only order cola. there were a lot of dogs! be careful of your bag charms because one of the goldies bit my charms and dashed away with it (multiple times) the dogs aren't very well-trained, so they tend to pee and poo on the floor whenever; there's no fixed potty station for them. but the staff cleans it up almost immediately (except when he gets overwhelmed with three dogs poo-ing at the same time)

I throughly enjoyed my visit..! I would highly recommend to anyone who loves animals to visit. All dogs are so loved and have the best life.

Een van de leukste dingen die je kunt doen in Da Nang! Wij hebben hier 2 uur gespendeerd met de honden. Spelen, aaien en genieten van de honden. De eigenaren zijn top mensen, die om de honden geven. Voor iedereen die overweegt om te gaan, doe het zeker. Bij afloop geef ze wat extra’s zodat deze geweldige plek kan blijven bestaan 🙌🏼

After entering this cafe, we wondered why it had such good reviews. This isn't a place with happy dogs in a good location. The dogs were doing their business everywhere, they weren't allowed walks, they just sat there all the time to keep customers going. There was no water in the bowl. The Pomeranians clearly had skin problems, and when petted, they were terribly itchy. And they were shaved. Yes, I understand that you're responding and treating them, and that's good, but it's not normal for dogs to have problems on such a large scale. First of all, there were too many of them for such a small place. I've been to other dog cafes, and this one was nothing like them. It was sad to see these dogs being abused. We also wonder what will happen to so many dogs when they get older? Is keeping them in cages after customers leave okay? Is there no puppy toys okay? There are various toys, not just plastic ones, that don't harm the intestines if a dog eats them. We left. I recommend everyone who enters the cafe to do the same.

Wir waren heute im Pomeranian House und sind mit Wärme und Liebe im Herzen nach einiger Zeit gegangen. Alle Tiere waren total lieb und freundlich. Einige wollten gar nicht mehr vom Arm runter. Die noch sehr jungen Labradore sind sehr verspielt und zwischendurch frech, was der Freude jedoch keinen Abbruch tat. Einer von den Rabauken hat ständig seinen Kopf in meine Handtasche gesteckt und etwas geklaut. Hat aber nicht gestört. Ich kann sicherlich auch einige negative Reaktionen verstehen, andererseits geht's ihnen doch sehr gut, sie sind allesamt sehr gepflegt, besser als auf der Straße zu leben. Und auch, dass dort kein Spielzeug ist, sollte nachvollziehbar sein. Jeder Hundebesitzer weiß wie schnell das Spielzeug zerlegt wird und im Magen landet. In der Hoffnung, dass es sich nicht doch nur um eine Geldmaschine handelt, wünschen wir den Hunden und Besitzern alles gute🙏

We had an amazing experience at the Giant Pomeranian House! Entry was free, they just ask you to purchase a beverage! Drinks are around 70,000 VND which is more than reasonable. Immediately we were met with the sweetest pups and refreshing drinks. We even got photos/videos taken for our TikTok. If you want an extra boost of happiness you have to check them out !🩷🐶

The Cafe was a great experience. The dogs were friendly and very playful. The service was good and the atmosphere was just generally relaxing and happy.

We saw a lot of good reviews, but we left before we could get our drinks. We noticed that one dog wanted to stay close to us and stay away from the other dogs. And then from nowhere all the dogs attacked the little dog. Both me and my boyfriend have dogs and know that they can play rough. But this was not playing. If the dogs can’t be together they should be separated. It was terrible and I don’t believe they care for their dogs! It was literally a murder attempt no exaggeration at all

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. As soon as we walked in, we saw how unethical this place really was. Almost all of the dogs seemed exhausted and overheated, multiple dogs would go to their water bowls which were empty for our whole time there. The room itself is extremely small for the amount of dogs that there were, a strong smell as dogs weren’t very clean and no stimulation for the dogs such as toys. They are being forced to interact with humans all day long with no break. After seeing how unethical and poorly the dogs were being treated, we decided to leave. As we were trying to leave one of the little pups were by the fence and the worker came and repeatedly hit the dog very hard and pulled on its neck to get out of the way. We were completely shocked at how this disgusting behaviour was being ignored, and you could see on the workers’ faces that they had no care in the world for any of the dogs wellbeing. As an animal lover, I saw this and I was visibly upset, I froze for a minute. I tried saying something to the worker but I was ignored. We thought it would be such a cute place to visit, but we are completely and utterly disappointed at how such a place is allowed to be running, please do not support this place as it is purely a money making scheme to attract tourists, save these dogs please. Seeing the owners response to similar reviews is disturbing as the owner is clearly defensive and incapable of taking responsibility for their extreme lack of care, knowledge and respect for dogs.
