I used to really like the spicy noodles here. The milk tea with jelly was also good quality. However, since the shop renovated, the owner seems to have gone crazy with the prices. The prices are higher than those of big brands, while the food quality has gone downhill terribly. The spicy noodles now use instant noodle strands.

Water is okay, price is reasonable, both the owner and staff are enthusiastic. Recommend everyone to come and try.

A glass of ripe avocado with young coconut 35k, almost all ice, the staff put a little blended avocado on top, coconut water below, and a little sugar water (maybe). Added more than half a glass of ice to get a barely full glass as shown in the picture. It tastes bland because it's all ice, nothing else. And it's avocado season now, avocados aren't as expensive as at the beginning of the season, so selling like this is really shocking.

I was extremely impressed with Chú Bìn milk tea shop from the very first visit. The space is clean, comfortable, and creates a very cozy feeling. The menu is diverse with many delicious items, but my favorite is still the traditional milk tea and fruit tea because the flavor is very rich, aromatic, not too sweet, so it's very pleasant to drink. The toppings are also of excellent quality, especially the chewy tapioca pearls and the rich, fragrant pudding that is very addictive. What I like most is not only the delicious drinks but also the service of the shop. The staff are always cheerful, enthusiastic, and give very thoughtful recommendations. The owners are friendly, pleasant to talk to, and always greet customers warmly, making me feel very comfortable every time I visit. Even when the shop is busy, the drinks come out quite quickly, and the packaging is careful and beautiful. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and I find it very worth the money. This is truly one of the milk tea shops I want to return to many times and will definitely recommend to friends. If anyone is looking for a milk tea shop with good drinks, great service, and a friendly atmosphere, Chú Bìn milk tea is a very worthwhile choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Running a service but the OWNER is bossy with customers, I came to buy a drink and pay, not to get it for free, yet the attitude is rude. NOTE: don't ask for less ice/more sweet/less sweet because the OWNER will have a terrible attitude! If anyone wants to 'HAVE A GOOD DAY', I recommend choosing countless other shops. Entering this shop and meeting an OWNER like this will result in 'HAVE A BAD DAY'. After buying a drink, my mood naturally dropped for the whole day!!!

I visited Chu Bin's shop at 270 Mai Dang Chon, Non Nuoc – Ngu Hanh Son area in the evening. The shop is quite easy to find as it is right on the street, with a bright and clear sign, and outside there are many eye-catching yellow plastic tables and chairs, comfortable and airy seating, with additional lighting in the evening creating a cozy atmosphere, suitable for groups of friends to sit and chat. The interior space is neat and clean, giving a pleasant feeling. The menu here is quite diverse, with various types of milk tea, yogurt, smoothies, and many other beverages, making it easy to choose a suitable drink. That day I ordered Thai red milk tea and traditional yogurt. The yogurt cup was served full to the brim, thick, with a balanced sweet and sour taste, filling and very satisfying. As for the Thai red milk tea, I found the tea flavor not too strong, a bit light, but the jelly toppings were extremely delicious and varied, with many types making it fun to eat and not boring. The prices here are also quite reasonable, and the service is quick. Overall, Chu Bin's shop is a place worth trying if you have a chance to visit the Non Nuoc area, as it is easy to find, has a spacious atmosphere, diverse drinks, and decent quality.
