Absolutely must try if you have not! Joey, the restaurant manager leads a highly motivated and energetic crew who looks after all your culinary expectations. Great attentive service and decent food for a resort. We decided to eat in rather than venture out of the resort after the first day because we liked everything about Citron. Please try their salted coffee or coconut coffee...to die for!

My mother and I came to diner at Citron, it was a wonderful experience as food was delicious, especially the wagyu beef main. The view and hotel are such splendid and unique. We want to thank Vinh Dang who took care of our table, he was very kind and attentive.

​I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and freshness of the breakfast. Every dish was prepared with high-quality ingredients that were noticeably fresh. ​The service level was outstanding. I would like to especially commend woman Manager K(?) and hardworking spirit LYNGUYEN for their professional and attentive care, which made our dining experience truly seamless. ​While it was a bit disappointing not to find mangoes in the fruit selection, there was still a great variety of fresh options like papaya, watermelon, and guava. The unique interior design of Citron, combined with the breathtaking ocean view and fresh breeze, created a heavenly atmosphere. It was a highlight of our stay.

Lovely view and delicious food! Really enjoyed the vibes and the service from Ly Ngyuen. She was attentive and patient.. would definitely come back to dine here and to even stay here!

Really loved the service (and the fries) especially served by Ly Ngyuen and she’s the cutest and sweetest!! Tended to all our needs perfectly and even took note of my allergens and informed me of any potential allergens in each dish. 10/10 for her service and she also made our visit very comfortable :)

Viatnamese food at its best! You can order the dishes from either north, central or south of Vietnam and the quality and taste of the food is amazing! The level of service is phenomenal, we we’re welcomed with sparkling wine on the house and throughout the dinner all staff was absolutely fantastic:-)

It was a Sunday buffet lunch and we Viet Kieu wandering in our native land decided to try the Citron's buffet and by the same token exploring the possibility of an extended stay at the Intercontinental. Our first impression of the hotel: amazing architecture nestled gracefully in a natural landscape with overlooking to the Bai Bac Beach (private). Now the restaurant...the interior is tastefully done with very unique decoratives positioned in the most surprising place. (look up the ceiling and you will notice it!) 5 * Food. Fresh produces, fresh seafood, and a plethora of desert to please any taste buds and the petits mignons would rival any patisserie in France. Viet Hot Pot and Mien Xao Cua (stir-fried crab meat glass noodles) were done on the spot for each guest. Delicious dish altogether. 5 * Atmosphere. Everything - from food to staff to environmental ambiance - is simply...Perfect. But then...there is a glitch...the live band (keyboardist, guitarist, singer) desperately all need a lesson or two on auto-tuning to improve their performance skills. We were rather sad to see how badly Stevie Wonder, Carpenter, Eric Clapton songs can be butchered beyong recognition. Then there is those loud singings that spoil our lunch. Room for improvement in the entertainment department for Citron on Sunday buffet lunch. Hence our 3 *

Omg!! This is a WOW experience in Citron!! I came in Citron for breakfast and lunch and the restaurant is simply phenomenal!! I love the design of the restaurant with Vietnam Hats themed and very good for Instagram posting! Food quality is generally good and rich in choice. Breakfast in western and vietnamese style eg baguette, vermicelli and pho! So yum!! I joined the coffee art workshop and Master Hoang was so nice and patient to teach us the behind the scenes of latte art!! He demonstrated the layering and technique of coffee art. And we have got the chance to make one on our own!! So much fun and a great barista workshop!! I also joined a cooking class and Chef Wat was just so professional!! He taught us cooking spring roll, fish soup and pancake!! We all enjoyed the step by step guide to make a Vietnamese cuisine!! Overall, it’s a great time and experience in Citron and every waiters are super nice to make everyone feels like home!!

During our stay at the Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, we signed up for the Vietnamese Cooking Class held in Citron! It is one of the hotel activities that is highly recommended for visitors of all ages! It was so much fun being the “master chef” in Citron restaurant. We were able to learn the ingredients and techniques used to create those incomparable Vietnamese flavours with a multi-course Vietnamese menu. The teacher was very patient and supportive along the way. Even though we have no experience in cooking, we did have so much fun learning how to make our favourite dishes in a fun, interactive and enjoyable manner :) The class ended with an afternoon tea enjoying the “fruits” of our “labour”. The recipe was even sent to us for future reference. It’s definitely an unforgettable experience. I will definitely sign up again next time. Dining at Citron was an absolute highlight of my birthday trip, not just for the stunning views but for the incredible service. I want to give a special shout-out to the team, specifically Sương Chế, Trung and the Citron Team. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Sương Chế was so warm and attentive, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask, while Trung provided such seamless and professional service. Their genuine care really elevated the entire meal. Thank you both for a memorable experience!
