Bad experience in this copy cat Pho 29

I thought all Pho 29 are franchises and have some sort of standard. This one seemed like a copy cat restaurant and not a real franchise. An old lady flagged us in with smiles and welcoming gestures, but once we sat down and started ordering, their demeanor changed as though we were a nuisance. This place seemed to be operating by a family, an old man, old woman and a younger daughter. The decors and tables/chairs are old and dirty. Flies and mosquitoes were everywhere, garbages too. After we ate, time to pay, the young daughter kept giving us dirty looks and angry face. It’s so weird. Maybe it was typical Vietnamese behavior that once they baited you in, you are their prey, their demeanor change. Again, I must emphasize that other Pho 29 such as the one in Lotte Mart are completely different. This one is exceptionally bad.
