extremely disappointed
So disappointed. Went as family of 5 with little kids. Ordered total 5 things and 2 beer. French fries Fried beef noodle A calamari dish A shell fish dish A Oyster dish. The shell fish and oyster came first. We ate them but our kids don't like them so they keep waiting for fries and noodle. The french fried and beef noodle didn't come for a long time. We checked with a English speaking waiter. He confirmed these were ordered. Then the calamari dish arrived but was baby squid! We told them it's the wrong dish because there's a picture showing the calamari dish we should receive. They tried really hard to convince us it's the same and it's yummy. We told them we do not want it. They finally gave up and took it back. another 10 or 15 min later the french fried arrived. But the beef noodle never showed up. I finally asked the casher to refund the beef noodle then found out it was never ordered despite it was confirmed ordered! We were so up set and decided not to wait and left feeling still hungry. So you see, out of 5 dish, they got 2 correctly. 1 wrong, 1 very slow and 1 never showed up. In the end, after I arrived back at hotel I found out they charged us 3 beer instead of 2.

The restaurant space is spacious, best to sit outside on the 2nd floor, where you can eat while watching the sea. The food is very fresh, the best dishes are the swimming squid dip and the steamed grouper with soy sauce. Service is okay.

This is the second time I have come to eat at the restaurant. It is indescribably wonderful, and the restaurant is still as crowded as ever. Coming to Da Nang without visiting Bien Lon Restaurant is a big omission.

Must say it's Excellent. Heard the restaurant has a combo of 999,000 VND for 4-5 guests and brought the family to try it. Very worth the money spent. The staff are enthusiastic. The owner and manager are extremely lovely. Definitely will come back to the restaurant one day not far away.
