If you are looking for real, high-quality Belgian waffles, this hidden gem in the An Thuong area is an absolute must-visit. You can tell they use traditional cast-iron makers because the texture is flawless—incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining light, soft, and fluffy on the inside. I tried both the sweet and savory options, and the balance of toppings was exceptional without being overly sweet. It was a very nice breakfast experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the open-air, cozy vibe makes it the perfect escape from the busier streets. High recommended! Quán bánh quế Bỉ. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick. The waffle was a bit dry tho and without the toppings a little tasteless. The oil in which they baked it didn’t seem like a high quality oil and it was a little pricey for Da Nang

Delightful and delicious waffles. Real homemade whip cream is incredible! It’s more like a fancy dessert than breakfast. Cool vibe too. It’s a little outdoor-indoor pub style shop.
No soy experto, pero prometen un waffle aireado y crujiente y cumplen! Un rico, crujiente y liviano waffle, acompañado de crema de batida y en mi caso frutillas. Muy bueno 100% recomendado para los amantes de los waffles
They have great food and excellent service. I love sitting at the counter and watching my delicious food being prepared and served with such kindness. My 5th time there and totally enjoyable every visit.
I had the Classic with caramel instead of chocolate. Forgot to take a photo. The caramel was hot and creamy, whipped cream was good, and both were generous portions for the sweet waffle. This was my second time here, its my favourite dessert place. Staff are very kind and friendly (on my first visit they let me know I could substitute the chocolate for caramel to take advantage of the classic price).
Wafel has THE BEST sweet and savory waffles in Da Nang! The menu is small but provides everything you could want and gives you options to go back and try other times. As foodies, my family loved everything we ate here. An added bonus was how beautiful each dish was and the music! We ate initially under their covered front patio. Later wished we had eaten inside because construction was happening nearby and that brought dust and noise. We also purchased on Grab multiple times after because we enjoyed it so much. This is a must visit place if you like waffles.
I ordered the waffle with egg and smoked salmon. Despite the fact that they make the waffles fresh, my entire plate arrived cold—the waffle, the egg, and even the smoked salmon were all at room temperature/cold, which was surprising. When I politely asked if they could reheat the waffles, the kitchen ended up baking my smoked salmon instead, which completely ruined the dish. The staff themselves were nice and friendly, but the execution in the kitchen really missed the mark.
The best waffle of my life! The staff is incredible, super sweet. The food is amazing. I had a Banana Brûlée + strawberry and an iced lime tea. Everything was exceptional, 10/10. I will dream about this waffle for a long time.
The waffle was inedible with such a strong yeast taste that I felt like I was eating the packet. The coconut ice cream was okay but not very flavorful. Only the mango was good. The prices are very high yet there is no air conditioning. In short, for me it's a scam. There is nothing European quality about it, let alone Belgian.

Master baker for 17 years, I'm not going to give you a cooking lesson here, I'm already very happy that your business is working... I'll give you a recipe that works well, a simple recipe even for a 5-year-old child, yet surprising for Belgians who are normally operational in taste!? 250g flour 2 eggs 50g melted butter 375ml milk (a little more than 1/3 liter) 1 packet baking powder 1 pinch of salt 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, especially if you add spread afterwards!) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or a little rum (for that little "fairground" taste) Good luck for the rest, or at worst contact me and I'll help you develop 🙂 Best regards
The food is delicious, high quality, and it's a suitable place to lift my mood. I usually order the Coco Mango portion for both of us. The fragrant, crispy cake is topped with sliced mango, a scoop of ice cream, and rich coconut cream, which combine to create a blissful feeling for the eater. I've heard people say the chocolate and maple syrup portions are also delicious and very appealing, especially the accompanying sauces and ice cream, all homemade by the owner. So, the price is reasonable for the quality. Besides the sweet cakes, there are also savory cakes with bacon and salmon (I'll try them next time). The eatery is located in a quiet alley and is not too hard to find. The only issue I see is that the space is not very large, so if you go in a big group, seating will be quite limited. In my opinion, the place is suitable for families and couples to relax and go on dates.

I read reviews that the waffles are dry, so I was hesitant to come or not. In the end, I was nearby and was delighted, very tasty waffle, slightly crispy on the outside but soft inside. Superb salted caramel. There wasn't enough tea on the menu, so I had to drink matcha, but they made it well. The staff is wonderful. I'll come back again)
If you want to raise your blood sugar, here it is. It's in a remote area, so it's a hassle to find, but it's full of local vibes. The price is not local, lol. But it's delicious. If your Da Nang trip is long, it might be worth a visit.

This is a so-so eatery. The Brussels waffle is quite tasty, but the Liege waffle lacks pearl sugar, which is a major shortcoming.
