The food smells bad, the meat is old. On the bright side, there is a cute and enthusiastic security guard. Also, the meat I ate on 06/10 had a smell, it was definitely old meat.

Delicious and diverse food, Yuki hot pot broth is very tasty. I just visited last Saturday; the restaurant has added a line counter on the first floor with a different grill station, which is also very convenient compared to other times. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic. Will definitely come back many times.

Came once, didn't dare to come a second time =)) they advertised a special menu with seafood, then brought out the order sheet with no seafood left =)) buffet 235k but very few dishes compared to other places, the flavor was nothing special either. In short, didn't dare to come a second time, a terrible experience.

I had made a reservation in advance! But when I arrived, there was no preparation at all! The staff were not friendly to customers! Very annoying! I noticed that the female kitchen staff were even more friendly and cheerful! The prices are reasonable, so I don't have high expectations for the food. I hope you will improve the service aspect.

The food at the eatery is okay, service is fast. Our group of 2 people ate the 235k grilled + hot pot combo. Especially, the staff are enthusiastic and very quick. I just dropped a pair of chopsticks, and a staff member handed me a new pair right away, and they also continuously changed the grill grate for our table. Everyone, come and support the eatery.

The food was terrible, priced at 185k but didn't mention that there's a live station at lunch. When ordering, there were only a few dishes. The drinks were also bad. Went to eat hot pot buffet but felt like eating fried fish ball buffet. Every dish was extremely salty. There were only two female staff, the restaurant was crowded, and they ran back and forth like mosquitoes. The dipping sauce was awful.

I came in and haven't used it yet. While the restaurant had only 1 customer at 1 table. All the other tables were empty, but the staff said all the square tables were reserved, only round tables were available because there were only 2 of us. Meanwhile, the round table was directly under a strong air conditioner vent; I expressed a desire to sit at a nearby square table but received that response. The table selection process and attitude were not good at all.

First time trying it and I feel that the reviews about the restaurant are not accurate as online. I went at noon and when I arrived at the counter line, there was nothing except vegetables. I asked the staff and they said noon service is not available, while the price for lunch and dinner is the same. If it's not available, they should note it on the page or something, but they advertise like that, I'm not satisfied. The vegetables and mushrooms had soot all over the surface, very unhygienic. The grilled meat was not brushed with sauce. I am very easygoing about food, but I still cannot accept this kind of food service. Too bad.

The restaurant has a spacious and airy atmosphere. The staff here are enthusiastic and very lovely ^^. I like the buffet line the most, with many dishes to choose from, and when something runs out, they refill it immediately. As for the dipping sauce, since I can't eat spicy food, I find the Thai dipping sauce extremely delicious. Oh, if you don't like the buffet, there are also combos for everyone to easily choose. Currently, the restaurant is offering a 10% discount on the ticket price. Go ahead and choose now! In general, I will come back.

After eating, I came to review and saw a few bad feedbacks, but today I ate the buffet and found it okay, very delicious everyone. In the end, I ate to my fullest for only 250k/person, I think it's cheap. Fresh seafood, well-marinated meat. Not a perfect 10 yet but =]]

The dipping sauce was very bad, the grill grate was burnt because the staff brought the food very slowly, had to call 3 times to get it + they brought missing items + on the order paper there were many types but when ordering they didn't have them, asked to change the burnt grate but they said there was none while later customers still had grates :)) eating meat grilled on a burnt grate, is that for getting sick or what, so we had to eat hot pot instead. And the noodles eaten with the hot pot were very very salty (seems like Miliket instant noodles). In short, the experience was very bad, I dare not come a second time.
