Lately Coffee & Breakfast

The restaurant has an airy space with a nice view. However, the service experience truly made me unsatisfied. Right upon arrival, the staff mentioned that the restaurant limits makeup, so we tried to do it quickly to avoid causing trouble. But throughout our time there, the staff's attitude was quite unpleasant, constantly watching and scrutinizing us in an uncomfortable manner. What disappointed me more was the difference in service between Vietnamese and foreign guests. Filtered water was set up for self-service, but the staff proactively brought water and were very open with Western guests. When they left, the staff cheerfully greeted and said goodbye warmly. Additionally, when we were seated at a shared table, the staff asked the other guest if they wanted to move to another table for fear that we would disturb them, even though that guest was the one who proactively suggested sharing the table and was still very comfortable. I clearly felt the bias in service, which truly diminished the experience. We all pay for the SAME service, so we expect to receive respect and FAIR service quality. Therefore, I am quite disappointed and will probably NOT return to the restaurant in the near future.

I really love the space here, it's fresh and cool, the staff are so enthusiastic that they even came out to help take photos =)), the drinks are delicious and the cakes are also delicious, they are soft and have a very buttery smell 🫶🏻🫶🏻 +1 regular customer

The shop is not big but the space is very pleasant and comfortable, cozy. I ordered matcha, it's sooo good. The staff is lovely. Sitting and chilling in the rain is awesome 😘

I bought cakes to the eatery but there were no spoons, so I asked if I could borrow a spoon, and the staff/owner (?) said to me: "This is for borrowing, not for giving." I was like ???, I mean, I didn't have any need to take the spoon home anyway; if you don't lend it, just say no, but saying/joking (?) with customers like that is rude.

Coffee is average, the tables and chairs are basic, not creating a comfortable feeling when sitting for coffee.

Mình đến quán vào một buổi chiều nắng khá đẹp, trải nghiệm ban đầu tương đối ổn về không gian và nước uống. Tuy nhiên, trong quá trình ngồi quán có một vấn đề khiến mình và nhóm bạn cảm thấy không thoải mái, nên sau lần này có lẽ sẽ không quay lại. Trước tiên, tụi mình cũng xin lỗi vì vô tình chụp một tấm ảnh film bị lóe flash và đã được nhân viên nhắc nhở. Tụi mình thừa nhận hành động này có thể gây ảnh hưởng đến các khách khác và hoàn toàn chấp nhận việc được nhắc. Tuy nhiên, thái độ nhắc nhở của nhân viên lúc đó khiến tụi mình cảm thấy chưa thật sự dễ chịu. Về quy định không cho mang đồ ăn bên ngoài vào quán: trước khi vào, mình có cầm theo đồ ăn và đứng khá lâu tại quầy để order và thanh toán. Do không để ý hoặc không thấy rõ thông báo quy định trên menu hay tại quầy nên tụi mình không biết quán không cho phép mang đồ ăn ngoài vào. Trong suốt quá trình order, nhân viên cũng không nhắc nhở gì nên tụi mình nghĩ là được và có mở đồ ăn ra dùng khi ngồi ở khu vực bên ngoài quán. Sau đó, khi một bạn nhân viên nam mang nước ra mới thông báo rằng quán có quy định không cho đem đồ ăn bên ngoài vào, lúc này tụi mình cũng hơi ngờ ngợ nhưng vẫn đồng ý và hợp tác ngay. Bạn staff có nói thêm: “nếu lỡ rồi thì các bạn ăn gọn gàng giúp mình”. Cách nhắc này khiến tụi mình khá bất ngờ và không thoải mái, vì tụi mình ăn uống rất gọn gàng, không hề làm bẩn bàn hay ảnh hưởng đến không gian chung. Nếu quy định này được nhắc nhở ngay từ đầu đến khách thì tụi mình đã không sử dụng đồ ăn, nên tình huống trên khiến mình mất cảm giác thoải mái khi ngồi tại quán và thêm nữa là cách nhắc nhở từ bạn nam cũng không thiện chí mấy. Ngoài ra, trong lúc bạn staff này dọn bàn khác, bạn mình có vô tình thấy bạn quay lại nhìn bàn tụi mình. Không rõ là vì lý do gì, nhưng cảm giác như đang bị để ý hay “canh chừng” để nhắc lỗi khiến tụi mình càng thêm khó chịu trong suốt thời gian còn lại. Hy vọng quán sẽ đọc được bài đánh giá này và có những điều chỉnh phù hợp, đặc biệt là về thái độ cũng như cách nhắc nhở của các bạn nhân viên đối với khách. Mình không rõ trải nghiệm phục vụ dành cho khách nước ngoài tại quán ra sao, nhưng khi quán đã truyền thông và hướng thêm đến tệp khách Việt thì cũng nên chú ý hơn đến cách giao tiếp, lựa chọn lời nói sao cho khéo léo, để khách cảm thấy được tôn trọng và thoải mái hơn trong quá trình trải nghiệm dịch vụ tại quán.

The shop has a warm atmosphere. I had a fragrant cappuccino, the cake is delicious and not too sweet, worth trying.
