1 star, no buts. Today 24/2 (the 8th day of Lunar New Year) still charges Tet prices??? The food is not fresh, crab claws and shrimp are mushy and bland, yet the prices are sky-high. Scrolling through and seeing all 1-star reviews is totally deserved. Strongly disapprove.

Snails 30K Le Thanh Nghi: still charging Tet prices on the 8th. Frozen seafood tastes mushy and bland, portions reduced, so disappointing. Doing long-term business but being opportunistic. Too bad for the young owner who maintained good quality in the early days; now there's nothing left to discuss. Our family has been loyal customers for years. Extremely disappointed!

The eatery is misleading when you see the name. However, the food is served quickly, and the price is okay, not at all like the name.

I cried when I entered this eatery, it's expensive and the portions are small, a plate of snails for 100k gets more than 10 pieces.

Ate at the eatery when it first opened. Found it delicious and reasonably priced. Now coming back, it's terrible, nothing to praise. The food is cold, smells rotten + mushy, had to spit it out of my mouth. Summary: - Ingredients: bad - Preparation: bad - Service: bad

Too expensive for the quality, service staff is bad and superficial. Frozen snails stored for a long time, grilled octopus is still raw, fried rice with crab only has a few pieces of frozen crab but costs 270k, prices on the menu differ from actual prices, misleading customers.

The snail eatery's staff are not enthusiastic. They brought a plate of butter-fried corn without chili sauce, and a plate of deboned chicken feet without dipping sauce. When asked, the staff said the dipping sauce was finished =))))

It's already the 8th day of the lunar new year, yet they're still charging Tet prices, while on the 7th day the whole country has already gone back to school and work. The price is too high compared to the quality. I've eaten at all three locations many times before, but from now on I will never eat there again. I feel the restaurant is taking advantage of Tet to overcharge customers.

Food has a smell of bleach - taste of bleach. Called many times before the manager came out, explained: used bleach to wash dishes, then rinsed but not clean so the smell remained. Since when is using bleach to wash dishes normal???? Bleach is for whitening clothes, cleaning floors, cleaning toilets, not for washing dishes. Hope the food safety authority inspects, doing business without conscience.

Waited 40 minutes for just one hot pot but it didn't come. The staff's attitude was also very bad, no second experience.

Came and will never return. Waited over 45 minutes, people who came later were served first, called the staff but they didn't listen.

Delicious, just the right flavor, the eatery is crowded but service is fast.

There are many young Vietnamese people. The food is cheap and delicious. If you go, I recommend ordering an additional banh mi with egg salt sauce. The grilled shrimp with chili salt sauce is also tasty. It's good to prepare wet wipes to wipe the table and bring your own chopsticks.

I've eaten at this place twice - the len snails, sea snails, nail snails, and quail eggs stewed with squash are delicious. There are 2 dishes that are not good: 1/ The Hong Kong salted crab - the shell has little meat, too much flour coating. If the dish is not quality, don't put it on the menu. It's okay to have a high price, but it must be quality. 2/ The cana snails with passion fruit sauce - bad, very sweet. The passion fruit sauce seasoning is not suitable for a dish. It's very strange. The restaurant should remove that passion fruit sauce dish if they don't know how to make it correctly. I've eaten a dish with passion fruit sauce at another place, and the authentic flavor was very delicious. As for the service staff, they are quite bad. They don't know how to divide sections or zones for serving tables. When calling a staff member, some don't even look or respond. Some completely ignore you. So they should review their service staff.

Bullot snails are not fresh, most of the food is not fresh, a couple went to eat and on the way back they vomited everything. Terrifying until old age.

Called for water but didn't ask the staff 3 times and didn't get it. 2 stars!!!

This is the snail eatery I frequently visit. I usually sit at Chau Thi Vinh Te, but for comparison, I find the deliciousness at the branches is mostly the same (I've tried all 3 branches). About 200k is enough to eat your fill. Here, my favorites are the "butter coconut sauce" and "salted egg sauce" dishes. I often order "Stir-fried frog with lemongrass and chili, clams in butter coconut sauce, sea snails in salted egg sauce, grilled tiger prawns, runny egg rice" and add vermicelli, bread, and drinks. This portion comes to around 400k. It's very reasonable, I must say it's cheap for such a meal. Overall, it's delicious. Give it a try!🥰 As for the space, the eatery is very spacious and can accommodate many tables. There is a private restroom and hand-washing sinks with soap fully provided. At this branch, I find parking very convenient. The sidewalk is super wide. The eatery is visible from afar, lighting up a corner.
