Taste & Dishes: 7/10 • Grilled items: The menu focuses on familiar "appetizer" dishes: Pork belly, American beef ribs, Grilled frog, Octopus... • Pros: The meat is marinated very richly (even slightly salty for some who prefer light flavors), and when grilled, it becomes very aromatic. You don't need to dip too much sauce; it's already flavorful. • Dipping sauces: This is the restaurant's "secret weapon." They have a green dipping sauce (a unique green chili salt blend) and a red sauce for meat that is quite addictive, helping to balance the greasiness of fatty meat. • Other dishes: Besides grilled items, the restaurant offers Thai hot pot and seafood hot pot at affordable prices (around 60k - 100k per small pot), which are quite decent to finish the meal. 2. Space & Ambiance: 6/10 • Style: Open space, utilizing the sidewalk and yard, so it's extremely airy but also... extremely noisy. Plastic tables or low tables in a casual style. • Smoke: Although it's an open space, due to the large number of grilling customers during peak hours, you will definitely get a heavy smoke smell on your clothes and hair. This is a common characteristic of casual charcoal grill eateries. • Cleanliness: Average. The floor is sometimes a bit slippery due to splattered grease (staff can't clean in time when crowded). 3. Value for Money: 9/10 (Excellent) • Price: This is why the restaurant is always packed. Prices are extremely student-friendly. Grilled meat plates range from 45,000 VND to 65,000 VND. A group of 4 people eating to fullness (including beer) might only cost about 150k - 200k per person. • Comparison: At this price, the meat quality and portion size are very good value compared to air-conditioned grill houses or BBQ buffet restaurants. 4. Service: 6.5/10 • Staff are mostly young people/students working part-time, very quick and enthusiastic. • However, a major downside is that on weekends (Saturday, Sunday), the restaurant is "insanely" crowded. The speed of serving dishes (especially pre-cooked grilled items or hot pot) will be slow. Ordering additional drinks or changing grill grates also requires patience.

I went during Christmas, so the restaurant was extremely crowded. I got a seat right away, but those who came later had to queue for their turn. I only ordered grilled food, but it was delicious; the marinated meat was tasty, and the dipping sauce was also good. Vegetables and kimchi were available for free refills...

The young staff member was enthusiastic, continuously attentive and very thoughtful, constantly changing the grill grate, and was adorable and cute in conversation.

Delicious, nutritious, and affordable restaurant Nina serves enthusiastically

Service staff is super slow, waiting for dishes for a very long time. I ordered two combo platters; the first plate came very quickly, but for the second plate, I had to call the staff for the third time and still haven't received it. They said the kitchen is preparing it, but the table next to us, which arrived later, got their full order? Not recommended to eat here.
