Clearly, the staff has a bad attitude. It's been many times, not just this time. If you're going to run a business, do it properly; if you're going to operate like this, then forget it. The bread wasn't crispy, yet they sold it. When I picked up the bread and didn't find it crispy, I said, 'Is the bread crispy, ma'am?' but she didn't answer me, even though I spoke loudly. She just looked at me and stayed silent, not replying. Another time, I asked for some white sauce, and she said yes but then didn't give me any. It's been many times, not just like this. You should avoid the location at 411 Le Van Hien!!
To be honest, the bmy is delicious, but this lady has annoyed me many times. When customers come in, her attitude is indifferent, with no hint of welcome. She focuses on chatting while working, and rarely sells the correct type of bmy that customers request. Of course, anyone can make mistakes, but this lady consistently sells the wrong items according to requests, always prioritizing chatting and selling incorrectly! I even repeated my order because I knew she often gets it wrong, but she just said 'I know' with a very curt attitude and continued to sell incorrectly. Honestly, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Look, you can tell from the reviews how it is. Even my friends who bought from here said the staff had a bad attitude toward customers. The other day I bought some, no vegetables, they said they'd substitute pickles, but when I got home, there were no vegetables and no pickles either—what's that about?! I clearly stated it, they nodded like they understood, but when I opened it, that's what I got. Are you kidding? And it's not just me; my mom said the same thing. I've been eating at this place since I was 6 or 7 years old, but the service quality keeps getting worse 😔 so disappointed.
No vegetables but still put vegetables, reminded several times
Previously, I supported 3 meals a week, each time 4 loaves, but now I never stop by because the way the staff treats customers is too bad.
Eat once and be scared for life. My dad went to buy a bread with pork roll (no vegetables), opened it to eat and there were only 3 or 4 pieces of pork roll cut into chunks. This is mainly eating bread, where's the pork roll or meat?
Because there aren't many bakeries in this area, there's no choice, it's normal.
Buying bread with eggs and sausages but without sausages, the bread is dry and not tasty at all.
