There are many dishes here with strong Central Vietnam flavors. The food is really tasty and a bit spicy. They also serve young bamboo shoots that are fermented and slightly sour, which go really well with the dishes. There are many different options to choose from, and they’re all delicious. I’ve tried them and come back many times. And don’t worry about the ingredients — whether it’s eel, pork, beef, or chicken, they’re all very easy to eat and enjoyable.

The owner just cut the intestines for the customers while picking them up to eat and chew noisily, refusing to wear gloves. When the cut was too hot, he just brought his hand to his mouth. I can't stand him.

Cháo Lương is a tasty dish from Nghệ An. It is like an eel chowder or porridge. Miến is a noodle dish that you add leafy greens and young bamboo shoots to. It is very unique and delicious. Bánh mướt is like a savory crepe made from rice flour - it is especially good in the morning. This shop is great. Very friendly owners.

SO GOOD, at first I thought I wouldn't get used to the taste, but after eating it, I found it very delicious, have to eat it at least 2 times a week
