We were supposed to have a nice evening with barbecue... we ordered honey bread, egg rice, fries (for our little boy), and chicken wings with fish sauce. The waiter quickly brought us the 3 dishes except the chicken, which he forgot... he arrived with a different dish after 10 minutes. Not the ordered dish but pan-fried chicken cartilage. He insisted, telling us it's the same. Except it's not, we refused. We said we would finish our dishes and leave. At the cash register, they demanded we pay for the dish 1. That we refused because it wasn't the right one 2. That the cartilage dish had already been packed for takeaway. Seriously! It's the waiter's fault. They stood 3 in front of us. But when we are in good faith, they impose an unordered dish on us and, on top of that, we have to pay. Well then... not okay. We pay for what we ate. The waiter should pay for his mistake. A wink to the grandma behind the stove who glared at us 😉😊
Walked for half an hour, came here specifically to eat, no disappointment. Ordered all the recommended items. Personally, I liked the grilled bread, grilled pork belly, and grilled chicken wings the most. Delicious and great value for money~
Good for drinking alone with chicken wings
I came to eat because I heard the grilled chicken wings are really delicious. The tables were quiet. Salt-seasoned charcoal-grilled chicken wings... it's a familiar taste, nothing special. Since it's a familiar taste, I think I can enjoy it without any issues. Also, the chicken wings are big. I intended to eat lightly after dinner, but I failed to control the portion... Personally, I don't think it's worth going out of my way to visit, but if it's nearby, it seems like a good place to have a light beer. It was delicious.
I came here because it's known as a grilled chicken wing restaurant, and the grilled chicken wings are really delicious. The beer price is 15,000 VND per can. Many locals come here; it's a local favorite. Next door, there's an auntie selling juice, and one cup costs 30,000 VND. Among all the juices I've ever had, this is the most honest juice. They don't mix it with water. I highly recommend this juice. It was so delicious that I gave a tip. It's that much of a genuine juice spot. I highly recommend Hai Coi and the juice auntie here.
It's a chicken wing specialty restaurant at the intersection of the An Thuong starting point. I visited a place I had only heard rumors about, and now I understand why it's famous. Since it's charcoal-grilled, the oil completely drained out, making it incredibly delicious😝 I finished 2 cans of beer in no time!! One whole chicken + 4 chicken wings + one plate of morning glory + 2 cans of beer Total 341,000 VND, ate until full♡
There are really a lot of orders. It's almost like a factory. I heard many people say the first branch is dirty. Well...? I thought it was fine...? Have I been to too many local restaurants...? They even gave disposable chopsticks! I ate at the second branch and came back to the first branch again. The first branch is actually better. But!! The bánh mì nướng is not the same taste I had in Hanoiㅠ In Hanoi, they also add a bit of soy sauce seasoning? so the seasoning seeps inside, addictive sweet and salty, but here they only brush honey, so the outside is very hard and the inside is not moist, which was disappointing. I guess I'll just have to go to Hanoi for bánh mì nướng... Ah, the enoki mushroom roll grilled meat??? That was delicious too!! I recommend it!!
The cat is a dog-cat. It came under my feet and sat down, so I gave it chicken, and it didn't leave. Chicken wing tips tossed in nuoc mam sauce. Chicken with paprika, green onion, and onion, soy sauce flavor. Grilled ribs. Lots of cartilage, feels less cooked than chicken? If you pick out the cartilage, there's almost no meat.. You don't have to order it, but if you're curious, the price is cheap, so you could try it? Not the taste of Korean ribs. Morning glory ☆ It's a dish I always order at any restaurant, so I ordered it this time too. The seasoning is less strong than other places, which is rather good. Grilled wing tips. This is the main dish, and I always order it every time I come to Da Nang. As always, I ate it deliciously this time too. If you care about hygiene, heat, bugs, flying dust, etc., I don't recommend it. Delivery food is inevitably inferior to eating at the restaurant, no matter what dish. If you want to experience it, I recommend going to the restaurant and eating there. If you're going to nitpick at a local restaurant, go to a restaurant that only Koreans go to. Oh, and the table is covered with charcoal ash and they don't wipe it, so wet wipes are essential. 4 menu items (including 6 chicken wings) 4 cans of beer Total: 370,000 VND
I like the local atmosphere, so I walked from the hotel to eat. The grilled chicken was very delicious, and the morning glory went so well with beer too~ If you're okay with local food, I recommend Ha Coi Branch 1. I'm planning to come to Da Nang with my parents next year, and then I'll try Branch 2 or Branch 4^^
The reason I subtracted one star is hehehe everyone will know~ This place doesn't have stainless steel tables, so charcoal soot and oil are on the table hehehe But as others have said, the taste is amazing~ With a glass of beer and grilled chicken wings in the evening hehehe Just enjoy the local vibe~ Because this is a restaurant that everyone here enjoys~ Even a long-time traveler like me has no problem~ And the grandmother thoughtfully gives plastic gloves~ With one hand holding beer, the other holding chicken wings and chicken drumettes~ Cheers~
My beloved place I visited after 3 years~ As expected, chicken wings are the truth. There are up to 4 branches, but this is the original. Prices are cheap and it's delicious. You have to turn a blind eye to hygiene, but if you want to experience true local vibes, I recommend it. I came after a few years, and the chopsticks have changed to disposable ones, which is good. It says they start business from 3 PM, but they almost start around 4 PM, so keep that in mind. The owner and the staff are the same, so I felt a private joy. Oh, and I attached a photo of the menu I ate alone~^^
It said it opens at 3 PM, so I went around 3:30, but they were still preparing for business. I ordered via Grab in the evening. The chicken wings were well-cooked, and the seasoning was well-absorbed, so they were delicious. Above all, the 40,000 VND lemongrass steamed clams~ Even though I didn't drink alcohol, it really cleared my stomach. There were plenty of clams too. They also gave a lot of cucumbers, so it was good to eat together!
I ordered grilled chicken wings via Grab delivery and ate them. I highly recommend them as a beer snack. Even if it's hard to go in person, it's great that delivery is available!!
I feel like I have to go every 3 days to not regret going to Korea, so every time I go I eat 18 chicken feet. It's a truly local place. Branch 2 is clean, but branch 1 definitely tastes better.
I don't know why, but Branch 4 has few people, while Branch 1 right next to it has many people. The chicken wings are really delicious, the quail is next in deliciousness, and the chicken gizzards are too tough to eat. The menu item that comes up as 'Buldak Bokkeummyeon' when using a translator is also really delicious. After eating, I placed a takeout order to eat at the accommodation, and they really put care into the packaging.
Only go if you want to feel the local vibe. The chicken wings are delicious, and the morning glory is tasty too. I was a bit concerned about the surrounding environment, but I understood everything and went. It goes really well with beer.
A local popular restaurant and bar. A place where I ate well. The owner has great charisma and directs the staff well in managing the order flow of customers. I ate and drank behind where the owner's family was dining, and the staff were extremely busy. It's a hit restaurant and a local favorite. I ate deliciously with beer and 7-8 chicken wing skewers per plate, 3 plates, fried rice, 1 whole chicken, other items, over 12 cans of beer, and finished with coriander to cleanse the palate. A place I want to visit again. It's shabby but recommended. Even if you eat and drink a lot, since it's a local restaurant, there's no rip-off, it's cheap, and you can fill up generously with your companions. Usually, places that cater to tourists are a bit cleaner but more expensive or similar to prices in Korea, but local restaurants and places where locals go are not like that.
It's a Korean party. Only Koreans are here. It's tasty, but at an outdoor open table, they're grilling next to us, so the smell really sticks. I recommend just ordering via Grab.
Traveling is about experiencing the customs and food culture of that country. I searched through Google and went to a place with decent reviews. I didn't know chicken wings were the food here, but the shop atmosphere is definitely local. It's at the level of a Korean Tudari-style shop. The food has almost no spices—chicken wings. Is it rice with vegetables? Something like that. Pork BBQ has a bit of spice, but after about 4 days of exposure, I got used to it, so it's soso. The price is 850 won per chicken wing—recommended!! Check the menu and be sure to go.
I ordered through Grab and ate! I ordered chicken wings and grilled pork ribs. The chicken wings were so delicious!! I couldn't even take a bite of the grilled pork ribs because of the meat smell? meat fishy taste? It was so bad that I threw it all away! For Koreans ordering, please take note!! ~^-^ But the chicken is delicious!
It's a place I visit every time I come. I came back because I craved the chicken wings. It's narrow and the floor is dirty, but that can't be helped. The taste is really good.
Only go if you want to enjoy true local food. Hygiene? Haha, rats flying around.
Went into the restaurant, called out but no one came to take the order
It really gives off a low-quality vibe. The staff just work with cigarettes in their mouths. The taste is familiar but a bit different. Don't eat the morning glory. It's the worst in Vietnam.
