Stopped for a salt coffe. Taste was good. Tables aren't to clean. Sigaret buds on the ground. But some good spots left.

Drinks are normal, prices are affordable, the shop is spacious and cool. The only thing is the staff is a bit clueless; I ordered bạc xỉu but they brought coffee, and when I asked for the bill, they said 'yes' and then chatted with another staff member???

I recently visited *Hương Sơn Coffee* and had the pleasure of trying their Vietnamese coffee, and it was an experience worth sharing. I opted for the classic Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk (*cà phê sữa đá*), and it was everything I hoped for. The coffee was served in the traditional drip filter, allowing you to watch as the dark, rich brew slowly dripped into the glass of creamy condensed milk below. The anticipation builds as you wait for the brewing to complete, and the result is well worth it. The flavor of the coffee was robust and full-bodied, with a slight bitterness that was perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the condensed milk. Vietnamese coffee is known for its strength, and *Hương Sơn Coffee* delivered a cup that was both powerful and smooth. The condensed milk added a luscious creaminess without overpowering the coffee's deep, bold flavor. Once stirred, the combination was velvety and indulgent, yet not too sweet. Every sip was satisfying, with the coffee’s richness lingering on the palate. If you prefer your coffee black, they also offer *cà phê đen đá* (black iced coffee), which is equally impressive for those who enjoy a more intense coffee experience. The beans they use clearly emphasize quality, as the brew had that signature Vietnamese punch without any unpleasant bitterness. Another thing I appreciated about *Hương Sơn Coffee* was their attention to detail. The coffee was served with a small glass of water, a nice touch that helped cleanse the palate between sips. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, happy to explain the brewing process and make recommendations. Overall, my visit to *Hương Sơn Coffee* was fantastic. Whether you're a Vietnamese coffee lover or someone curious to try it for the first time, this café offers an authentic and high-quality experience. The rich, bold flavors of their coffee, combined with the cozy and inviting atmosphere, make it a perfect place to unwind. The shop has many areas to choose from, from an airy outdoor space for nature lovers to a romantic rooftop area, perfect for dates or gatherings with friends. The drinks here are also diverse and high quality, especially the iced yogurt drink, which is an excellent refreshment choice. However, to enhance the customer experience, the shop could consider adding more signs or small suggestions about the characteristics of each area, helping new customers easily find their favorite spot. To elevate the space and create a connection with customers, Huong Son Coffee should try using Tuneast. With Tuneast, the shop can create a custom playlist, allowing customers to choose songs and send wishes, creating a more lively and personalized atmosphere.

A small but cozy cafe, styled like Japan. Inside, there is a cafe with carp. I got coffee for 14,000 dong, and they also gave me free green tea. Thank you to the owners!

The table is dirty, the seating is unlike any other, it's hot and when asked for a fan they said it's broken, drink if you want, if not then forget it, I'm speechless.
