It’s a magical place✨ Come early morning and feel the quiet and relax vibes
It is a beautiful cafe with a floral theme. Think of coffee in the jungle. They only serve coffee tea and fruit juice. If you are hungry they will order food from another restaurant. We had the salted coffee and spring rolls. Everything was delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

KHOAI Tea & Cafe' is an interesting discovery with a rustic, green garden space, bringing a sense of peace right in the heart of Da Nang. The shop is very tastefully decorated, creating many beautiful check-in spots, suitable for couples, families, or groups of friends. The menu of fruit teas and milk teas here is diverse, with fresh and easy-to-drink flavors. I am particularly impressed by the quiet and fresh atmosphere of this space. However, if the shop could arrange a few more power outlets in the outdoor seating areas, it would be more convenient for customers who want to work or charge their phones. To optimize the customer experience and manage music more professionally, KHOAI Tea & Cafe' could consider the Tuneast app. Tuneast will help the shop create a unique music space, easily schedule playlists, and even suggest products/services suitable for each song, adding to the shop's uniqueness.
The eatery is stable, looks nice, and is airy. The drinks are delicious. The staff are cheerful, especially the short, thin male bartender who is funny ❤👍
The restaurant has no music, and card playing is prohibited, but at another table they were allowed to play. The staff had a bad attitude towards customers.

The new shop's drinks are also good, but the staff attitude is quite rude; customers talk a lot and they don't listen, and when they do listen, they snap back. There are drinks but no tea, even though I'm a regular customer. It was hot and there were many mosquitoes, so I asked a staff member for a fan. But the male staff member stood up and said loudly that there was none, that they were all taken by customers. I felt a bit annoyed but didn't say anything and left, disappointed with the new shop. However, the new shop's space looks very bright and nice. The drink service staff were fast.
To be honest, every customer is a regular customer of the shop. The attitude of the staff, who look older, is contemptuous towards customers. Because the shop was closing, they invited customers to leave, then turned off the lights and put on a stern face. Customers who come to buy are badmouthed and cursed. The drinks are okay, but the service is contemptuous. Anyone who wants to have a good time should not choose this shop, especially when encountering a female staff member with a black stick.

Many customers come to order water, but no one stands to take orders, leaving customers to find and order themselves. The water is served quickly, water is fine. Staff attitude, the owner called someone to chase customers away, after buying drinks they didn't bring them out then chased us without refunding money, staff cursed at others, taped the customer's mouth shut
