Terrible place. No one greets you at the entrance. No one seats you at a table in the dining hall. The second floor is closed. The small room is incredibly noisy due to the large number of visitors. It's impossible to sit quietly and comfortably. The waiters take a very long time to come. I had to share a table with other visitors. I had a terrible impression. I didn't order anything. The management should reconsider their approach to staff training and customer service. I will definitely not come back here.

Based on recommendations from several local Grab drivers, my wife, our 8-year-old son, and I eagerly went to Phở Thìn Đà Nẵng restaurant. The restaurant made a great impression from the start: typical Vietnamese cleanliness 😉, coziness, and authenticity. The service was generally friendly and attentive, though sometimes a bit inconsistent. The menu offered various pho options. My wife and son chose pho bò tái with tender beef, while I had the special bone-in pho. Our son really enjoyed it. However, my wife and I felt it lacked some typical spices. This is likely because in Northern Vietnam, pho is traditionally seasoned somewhat differently. As Southern Vietnamese, our tastes may simply differ. Nevertheless, the pho was very tasty and of good quality overall. We will definitely return, though we are still searching for the best pho in the city. 🍜
