The attitude of the staff is poor and indifferent. The other day I went with my friend. When we were leaving, my friend struggled to get the bike out. I looked inside and saw several staff members standing and watching. I thought someone would come out to help with the bike. But no, the staff attitude was extremely apathetic and indifferent. Even though there were 3 or 4 male and female staff standing inside, they just looked out and did nothing. The staff this time have a bad attitude compared to the previous staff.

The restaurant is okay, but the service is terrible. Even though we didn't use any drinks, they still forced us to pay and take them home. The place is hot. There are 3 staff members, but no one takes care of you. Every time we wanted to order, we had to go outside to the door to place the order. They rushed us to pay the bill. Everyone, ask carefully before ordering drinks at this restaurant to avoid being annoyed like me :)) I feel scammed, never coming back 👎👎👎

Staff attitude: some of you are okay, but others have a bad attitude, ignore customers, and lack respect, joking around casually. The bill was calculated incorrectly, and they didn't let the customer check the bill, just stapled it into a pile of bills.

On Sunday evening, there was a female receptionist with a very bad attitude, unpleasant, and when paying the bill, she slammed the bill on the table in a very contemptuous manner. She didn't even bother to look at me when speaking.

Very bad attitude... although the sound is good, I will not return. I ordered 2 bottles of water, and the staff showed attitude. When going to a karaoke place, the main thing is singing; eating or drinking is each person's need, so they cannot have such an attitude for that reason. After the staff brought 2 bottles of water into the room, a while later I didn't see any cups or ice, so I asked the staff, and that person said water is only provided upon request. I suggested that the place should change that because every customer is the same... whether it's water, soft drinks, or beer, customers pay money to buy them, and each deserves equal service.
