About
Highlands Coffee occupies a unique branch converted from an old TV broadcast antenna, featuring striking dome architecture and a spacious, airy interior. It boasts a stunning view of the Dragon Bridge and a diverse menu of tasty drinks, with golden lotus tea and guava tea as particular favorites. The service is professional and staff are enthusiastic, making it great for large groups, though it often gets crowded and a bit noisy during peak hours.

The staff looked at customers with a grumpy and annoyed expression, asking for a little bit of paper felt like begging.
Dynamic environment, enthusiastic staff, approved !.!
Good service. Friendly staff. Delicious drinks ❤️
Super chill dragon bridge view, spacious and airy restaurant
Matchadi, the new dish is terrible, no matcha flavor at all. The coffee flavor is still stable, the newly updated large size is double shot coffee so it's better +1
The shop space is spacious, clean, with cool air conditioning and plenty of seating suitable for studying or working. The coffee is strong, especially the Iced Condensed Milk Coffee (Phin Sữa Đá) is quite fragrant and easy to drink. The staff serves quickly with a friendly attitude. The price is a bit higher than traditional coffee shops, but the drink quality is consistent and convenient. Will return when needing a place to work or meet friends.
Highlands Coffee VTV8 – Da Nang ☕🌉 Located at 258 Bach Dang, Da Nang, right at the foot of Dragon Bridge, this is one of the Highlands locations with a beautiful spot to view the Han River and the city atmosphere. The shop has a spacious, airy space, with multiple seating areas suitable for meeting friends, working, or taking a break. The number of customers is quite large, especially in the evening when the riverside area and Dragon Bridge become more bustling. A big plus of the shop is the direct view of Dragon Bridge, which is very beautiful at night when the bridge lights up or during the weekend fire-breathing and water-spraying events. The drinks maintain stable quality according to Highlands Coffee chain standards, suitable for a wide range of customers from locals to tourists.
An order staff spoke to customers in a superficial manner. No subject or predicate at 15:28. Annoyed face as if dealing with customers. I am a hardcore fan of Highland, this is the first time I feel very uncomfortable with such unprofessional customer service. Everything was very ok except the little order girl :))))
The staff did not clean the tables. When I sat down, there wasn't a single table without trash. Too bad.
This place is my go-to spot, nice, crowded, I often sit here until today when I needed to pee, opened the door and found 3 people queuing. The restaurant is big, nice, and crowded but has one tiny toilet. Poor design, couldn't wait, had to go home.
Sitting in a cool yard, with a direct view of the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang, the space is airy and clean, and the staff is enthusiastic.
The toilet at this branch is too dirty and smells terrible.
At first, when I entered the eatery, I ordered lotus seed tea with extra lotus seeds, and the eatery asked me whether I wanted it with ice or in a pot; I said with ice. Initially, the eatery made it wrong, making hot lotus seed tea, and I don't know if they had already added the lotus seeds or not. Then I took the drink back to exchange it and told the staff to remake it and remember to add lotus seeds; the staff said yes. I saw that staff member ask another staff member to make it, and I noticed they didn't add lotus seeds but instead added some white năng seeds or something. I mentioned it, and she explained, but I was confused and didn't understand, yet I still brought the drink back. When I returned to the table, I checked the bill and saw that my order was correct, but the drink was still made wrong. While making the drink, the staff were not focused. I went to a coffee shop at 258 Bạch Đằng, Đà Nẵng, which is newly opened, but on Google Maps it shows the location of VTV8.
Before going to the airport, I wanted to organize my bag and rest my tired body, so I found a spacious cafe. The seats were spacious and comfortable. It was nice to see the Dragon Bridge view. The drink came in a pretty glass cup. The Plum Freeze menu was really delicious.
A cafe 750 m away from Market 1. As soon as I entered, I felt 'Wow, it's cool,' and being Vietnamese, I wanted to order coconut coffee, so I looked at the menu, but it was hard to find coconut coffee easily. I asked the staff and finally got coconut coffee, but oddly, only the coconut coffee came in a takeout cup. At first, seeing that cup, I thought they gave us a hot one, so I said we ordered iced, and they said what's inside is iced. I wanted to eat chocolate mousse cake, so I ordered it, but it was sweeter than I thought, so I left more than half uneaten. The cafe interior was very spacious, and it seemed to be a place mainly used by various foreigners and locals. I saw almost no Korean people.
I came in to rest while walking along the Dragon Bridge. There are a lot of seats. The view is also good...
The matcha latte is really, really delicious. It's on a different level from the matcha latte I used to drink in Korea. The condensed milk coffee and coconut coffee have a sweet taste that relieves the day's fatigue when you add foam and drink it. Recommended as an occasional deviation from iced Americano. Better than Cong Caphe. Recommend the Highlands Coffee branch near Dragon Bridge. It has a full glass window where you can watch the Dragon Bridge fire show.
A cafe that will cool you down after you've showered in sweat in this hot weather. This coffee shop is a representative Vietnamese franchise coffee shop, located throughout Vietnam. Its location is right across the Dragon Bridge, and the interior consists of a spacious first floor and a spacious second floor.…
The location is in the city center, so it serves as a meeting place... There are many customers from the morning.
I had a cup of Americano at a cheap price*^^*
It's delicious, reasonably priced, and the atmosphere and decor are nice.
Located near the tail of Da Nang's Dragon Bridge, the building 🏢 has unique and pretty interior. There are many outdoor seats, and the indoor space on the 1st and 2nd floors is spacious and comfortable. It seems like the largest Highlands in Da Nang.
I drank the beverage recommended by the staff, and it was delicious. As expected, Da Nang's Starbucks Highland!
The only Highland in Da Nang that operates 24 hours~!!! A place always crowded with many young people. A cafe with spacious area, suitable for sitting comfortably and enjoying coffee. Right next to VTV8 station, opposite the Dragon Bridge🤗
