CRAB RICE NOODLE SOUP QUÁN NHẤT CS2 – EVEN THE DIPPING SAUCE IS GONE! As a fan of crab rice noodle soup, I couldn't miss this eatery when coming to Da Nang. And as the name suggests, "Nhất" truly is number one in my heart! 📍 Address: B13 2/9 Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City 🔹 Space: Entering the eatery, I was a bit surprised by the spacious space, rustic decor with wooden tables and chairs, bamboo rattan lamps creating a very cozy feeling. Although it was peak hour and the eatery was packed, the service was still quick, not keeping customers waiting long. 🔹 Food: Speaking of the crab rice noodle soup here, I must use two words: top-notch! The broth is thick, rich, with a natural sweetness from crab, not MSG. The bowl of rice noodle soup is full of toppings: shrimp, shredded crab, fish cake, quail eggs, blood, crispy pork skin. Especially, the rice noodles are chewy and soft, not mushy. I ordered two special bowls, and indeed they were truly "special." Dipping a piece of crab into the spicy seafood dipping sauce, sipping a free iced tea, the feeling couldn't be better! 🔹 Service: Staff are enthusiastic, serve quickly, always smiling even when the eatery is very crowded. 🔹 Prices: Prices range from 50-70k/bowl – very reasonable for the quality. Compared to other eateries, I find it worth every penny! 🔹 Small drawback: The eatery is crowded so sometimes it's a bit noisy. If going in a large group, you should come early to get comfortable seats. ✨ Summary: ✔ Delicious, quality food ✔ Quick, friendly service ✔ Clean, cozy space ✔ Reasonable prices Anyone coming to Da Nang who hasn't tried crab rice noodle soup at Quán Nhất hasn't had a complete trip. Crab Noodle Soup at District One – Hai Phong Even I Have to Nod in Admiration! As a native of Hai Phong, I'm used to fresh seafood, but traveling to Da Nang, I was conquered by this crab noodle soup eatery from the very first bite. Service is lightning fast! Before I could complain about being hungry, a steaming bowl of noodle soup was placed before me. The staff are enthusiastic and cheerful, making guests feel as comfortable as at home. The bowl of noodle soup is absolutely top-notch! The broth is thick and golden, fragrant, rich in flavor but not overly sweet, very suitable for Northern tastes. The pre-shelled crab meat is plentiful, the roe is soft, and the noodles have a perfect chewiness. The fried dough sticks here are outstanding! Crispy, dipping them in the noodle soup broth elevates the dish to another level. Sincere advice: You must eat at the eatery to fully experience the flavor. If you come to Da Nang and haven't tried the crab noodle soup here, consider that you haven't fully enjoyed the local cuisine!
A bánh canh shop right on 2/9 street near Dragon Bridge. Regular bowl 65k, special bowl without pork roll 85k. Iced tea 5k/glass, side dishes can be checked on the menu. Toppings include crab, pork roll, egg, shrimp, etc. A large bowl is very filling, the broth is rich with a bit of chili, pickled garlic, and kumquat, very tasty. A similar place is Quân's bánh canh on Ông Ích Khiêm, which is cheaper; in terms of taste, Quân's is an 8, here it's a 9. Basically both are okay, depending on location or needs; if treating guests, come here.

The layout of the premises and tables and chairs is spacious and clean. The broth is slightly thick, the bánh canh noodles are chewy, and it is eaten with blanched bean sprouts. The menu is diverse, with many types of toppings for bánh canh that can be used separately. The staff is enthusiastic. Some other comments after using the service: - The quality of the broth should be given more attention. The broth is also not very hot (possibly due to the Tet holiday, crowded customers). - A bowl of crab bánh canh, besides a few crab claws, also includes pork, quail eggs, fish cake, and fried dough sticks, sometimes losing the distinctive flavor of the crab. - The price of a regular bowl is 65k (75k during Tet), and the special bowl is 85k, which is somewhat higher than the city's average. - There should be staff to guide and arrange parking for customers (the area is crowded with many eateries around). - The eatery has a 5-star review program with a free drink as a gift, but I don't really like this review method. I really like the bánh canh dish and will continue to return to enjoy it when I have the chance.

The eatery has 2 floors, spacious, clean, airy, located on an expensive street so the prices here are a bit high, the bánh canh (Vietnamese noodle soup) is tasty, toppings OK, fresh crab, the bowl is large for me, the bánh tôm hồ tây (West Lake shrimp fritters) are crispy, fluffy, delicious, but the dipping sauce is quite bland.

Reading reviews, I only see bots commenting everywhere, with no photos but praising as if it's the best. - Visiting the eatery at noon is like being in a furnace, extremely hot. - 85k for a bowl of banh canh is not particularly outstanding in my opinion. I tried it once just to know, but I won't come back.

The banh canh has a moderate flavor, delicious and quite okay. I think this is a place that can be revisited if you like the Saigon taste. The space is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly. Points to consider: - The price is higher than the average - The banh canh broth is cold
The price may be slightly higher than other crab noodle soup eateries in Da Nang, but the portion is generous and of high quality—you get what you pay for. Regular bowl 65k, special bowl 85k. The shrimp cakes here are very delicious. Portion 69k for 3 cakes. Each cake has 2 shrimp. The cake crust is crispy and has a distinctive aroma. Should try!

The thick noodle soup is delicious, with a variety of toppings. The regular bowl at 65k is a satisfying portion. Try the passion fruit drink and lemon tea, the drinks are well-made. The space is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff are cheerful and polite (they enthusiastically turned on 2 fans for 2 people to beat the heat 😅). The restroom is also clean. Every small detail is meticulous. Satisfied and will come back!
The noodle soup shop is located right on 2/9 Street near the Dragon Bridge. The shop is spacious, airy, and clean. It comes with calamansi, lemon, chili, and pickled garlic. Chili sauce, pickled chili. From only 65k, you get a bowl of crab noodle soup. The shop sells additional toppings: crab cake, pork trotter, shrimp, crab from only 15k per extra topping. The special bowl is 85k with crab and additional pork trotter. In addition, there are West Lake shrimp cakes and shrimp and meat spring rolls.
Regular crab noodle soup, personally I rate it 4/5* because I prefer the broth to be thicker! Fresh toppings, broth flavor is decent but not outstanding. A bowl at 65k is filling and super generous. The biggest plus is the spacious, clean space and very enthusiastic staff!

The food is delicious and suits the taste of Central Vietnamese people. The food is quite plentiful. The space smells of cooking, clean. In short, it's okay, worth going. I'm eating in the evening. The service is attentive.

The crab noodle soup shop is located on September 2 Street, big, spacious, and clean. The taste is okay, the price is a bit high but acceptable for this location. Note: Crab noodle soup should have crab, everyone. I had an experience as well as a memorable lesson. I ordered 2 portions of crab noodle soup: 1 special for 85k and 1 regular for 65k. However, when the noodle soup was brought out, it was as shown in the picture (no crab). I thought to myself that the crab must have been cooked into the broth, so there was none, and since both bowls had no crab, I still ate normally. Until I was almost done eating and saw the advertisement board hanging on the other side that said there was crab. When paying, I asked the owner if there was no crab cooked directly, she looked at the picture, talked to the kitchen, and said the kitchen forgot to add it, why didn't I say earlier. (Because I didn't know...) The result was she deducted 15k per bowl. 😅 This is also a lesson for diners: you must ask beforehand 😅
Soft drinks, delicious, a bit different from the taste of Da Nang locals but still good, and plenty more. The eatery has a second floor, quite spacious, can accommodate many people.
