Very delicious buns and baked foodstuffs
Friendly service. The drinks are very sweet, we usually ask to remove the sugar. All these cafes always play very loud music, you feel like you're in a nightclub rather than a coffee shop.

I came to order at 9:11 (13/5), the counter had only 1 staff member, ordering and making drinks at the same time, and there were many customers. The most annoying thing was waiting 20 minutes and still no drink, while 2 tables that came later both got theirs. When I mentioned it, the staff said it was because that guy only had a coffee so they made it first, but the other table also had various other drinks and still got served first, so why? The staff showed no apology. Is Highland's procedure to make coffee first? My one lotus seed tea had to wait. I request that the staff's attitude be corrected.

The restaurant staff works unprofessionally, always saying they don't know about the menu or specials, very bad, the drinks are diluted probably because of too much ice.
The shop we often visit when going to Mega supermarket. Drinks are okay, quite a variety of cakes. Staff are friendly. This time I had the golden lotus tea and the shop ran out of diet sugar, the lotus seeds were okay but the water chestnuts were too chewy, not crispy (maybe the water chestnuts had too much starch so they were chewy). Hope next time it won't be like this.

I just tried the lotus tea at Highlands Coffee and was quite impressed. As soon as I brought the cup up, the faint lotus fragrance created a very pleasant, gentle, and relaxing feeling. The tea flavor wasn't too strong or bitter, but rather refreshing and well-balanced, making it easy to drink even for those not used to traditional teas. What I liked most about this drink was the blend of tea flavor and lotus fragrance. It wasn't harsh, not too sweet, but had a moderate mildness, very soothing to drink. Highlands also adds soft jelly, fun to chew, keeping the tea from being boring. If you want a refreshing drink that still retains a bit of elegance, lotus tea is definitely a solid choice. The Highlands space is already familiar – spacious, comfortable, and suitable for both work and chatting. With a cup of lotus tea on the table, I felt much more relaxed, especially on hot days. The price I find reasonable – not as cheap as street stalls but not too expensive for the quality. In short, the lotus tea at Highlands offers a gentle and pleasant experience. It's not a "wow" drink from the first sip, but the more you drink, the more you get drawn in by the refreshing tea flavor and delicate lotus fragrance. If you're looking for an alternative to coffee or milk tea, I think the lotus tea at Highlands is a suggestion worth trying.
The staff here are terrible. There are only 2 employees fumbling around in the counter while customers wait outside to order. After ordering, they don't give customers the bill and the buzzer device to receive the food. They also stand there blankly when given a code to apply a promotion. When customers remind them that it's taking too long, they shift the task of making drinks to each other. Very disappointed with the service and service at this Highlands location. Suggest improving management and increasing staff resources for this location.
The staff is terrible. I asked for advice on the Highlands Rewards program, but they didn't know anything and gave confusing instructions. Customer service should review this. I ordered Taiwanese mochi milk tea, the taste was average, and the mochi was at the bottom of the cup so I couldn't tell what it was like. Disappointed.
Ok, quite good
A small shop located inside Mega Market, but the service quality and products are not diminished at all. The enthusiasm and energy of the staff make the atmosphere at the shop not boring at all. Anyone who wants to try a coffee shop to study or meet clients without wanting noise should save Highlands Mega Market right away. You might like it.
I stopped by Highlands here while shopping, but I didn't expect both the service quality and the drinks to be this good. The staff are very enthusiastic. The only downside is that it's a bit hot in the summer; if there were air conditioning too, it would be perfect 🤩
