I find the eatery very okay, 9/10, and the dokki stuff too, the space is very comfortable 😍

Very rarely do I leave negative comments, but this is extremely annoying. The food quality is okay, the staff are cheerful and enthusiastic. HOWEVER, there is an older female kitchen assistant who, when I wanted to refill more food, was unpleasant and said, 'Take it when you finish eating, otherwise you'll be fined. My food is expensive, don't waste it.' 😀😀

The food in the restaurant is different from the reviews on TikTok. The fried items come out greasy, the vegetables are NOT CLEAN, the chicken feet are SOUR and SMELLY, and the food and drinks are served very slowly. On TikTok, I saw that there were Hue steamed rice cakes and mandu, but when I went to eat, I didn't see them. This is my first time eating here and also my last because the experience was too bad.
Not as delicious as imagined, food is cold, fried items are not fully cooked, bánh bột lọc is good, chicken is undercooked, chicken feet have issues, the fried fish sauce flavor is not good. Male staff are not enthusiastic in taking care of customers, a bit careless.
The food is delicious and plentiful as shown in the video. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. However, I have a small suggestion about the dishes: the kimchi is not very good yet, and the tteokbokki seems to have too much vinegar or something, making it a bit sour. Also, the fish balls with fish sauce are not salty enough. But it's still very tasty. I'm giving this review so the shop can make some adjustments for a more satisfying experience next time.
I mean, I also went to eat because I saw the shop posted on TikTok and it looked okay, but when I arrived, I found the staff quite enthusiastic and cute, but the food online was one thing while at the shop it was another ☺️. The food didn't have many fried items like in the pictures. As for the tok (fried fish cake), I asked the staff why it wasn't available, and they said it was still on the line, but I only managed to scoop up 2 pieces of tok. The chicken feet were sour. I'm really disappointed with the food at this shop. I hope the shop improves.

Quite good, compared to the price, the food is quite delicious, the staff are enthusiastic when I see something is empty, I can ask them to refill continuously.

The fried fish balls haven't absorbed the sauce well, and with a bit of cheese powder and batter, it gets cloying. But overall, it's worth the money and okay; I ate a lot of panna cotta and the staff kept coming out to refill it continuously, hehe, very cute. The eatery is airy, cool, and clean.
It's more expensive than other places, that's fine, but the food is also bad. The cheese sticks I ate tasted different from other eateries, and the smell was terribly bad like plastic. Not just me, but my younger sibling also felt the same. I hope the shop reviews its sourcing. As for the Thai vermicelli, it's okay, no issues.

Returned to the eatery for the 3rd time and saw improvement, the cheese-shaken fried items now have much more cheese, super delicious, the fish sauce fried items are also less salty, the chicken with sauce is very tasty, the eatery knows how to take customer feedback, will definitely come back!!
Delicious food, enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food is always plentiful, and drinks are free-flowing. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit small. Will recommend to friends and will come back next time.
Won't come back after one visit. The food was cold, so it quickly became unappetizing. The chicken was also bad, all batter. As for the lettuce, I saw flies buzzing around. While I was eating, I saw an employee frying food and a whole sausage flew out onto the floor. Not sure if they picked it up and put it back in the pot. The panna cotta was runny.
The meal during a power outage got a 50% discount per person. A bit hot, but still okay.
