The space is fine, the drinks are fine. The staff is enthusiastic. When it rains, they put helmets on customers to keep them from getting wet.
Generally everything is okay from drinks to prices to the space.
Delicious drinks, airy and cool, has a play area for children - staff watch the kids, parents sit and have coffee very conveniently. I'm from Hanoi traveling and find it very satisfying.
I have come to this eatery many times. Since I work online in the evenings, I often go there to sit and change the atmosphere to relieve stress (but not every day, about twice a week). Since I sit for a long time, I am considerate and always order at least three dishes, sometimes up to five or six (when going with my sister). Today, while in the middle of work, I couldn't connect to the Internet even though there was Wi-Fi. I asked the staff to check, and despite urgently needing Wi-Fi, in the end, I still couldn't get on. When I was waiting to get my bike, my phone suddenly picked up the Wi-Fi signal. I don't know if it was a technical issue or a coincidence, but it felt like I was being chased away. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and will never visit this eatery again.
The shop has an air-conditioned area and an outdoor area under the awning, drinks are delicious, the staff are enthusiastic, the best part is the children's play area where you can have coffee and drop off the kids, which is the most convenient at 30k/child, very reasonable.
Drinks are okay, there is a play area for children so it is very crowded and noisy. Customers come to the shop and smoke, which is annoying, too crowded and stuffy. Staff are not enthusiastic, kind of sluggish, serving without heart. Only been there twice.
Serves while pressing phone, doesn't bother to notice customers coming to the shop calling for drinks all day. Too bad.
Going during the Mid-Autumn Festival, but the way the restaurant treats customers is very annoying. They should have arranged priority seating or given customers a complete lion dance viewing experience. The people outside crowded around the customers' tables, blocking the view completely. When ordering drinks, they didn't inform us that there were no tables available, making us wait for a long time before getting a table. It's not that I'm picky, but the experience was very unpleasant. Those who pay are not prioritized, while those who don't pay keep pushing in, making it impossible to see the lion dance.
Delicious drinks, beautiful view, staff are very cute 🥰 …
The shop has a beautiful view on both the upper and lower floors, there is a ball pit for children, the service is quite good, the staff are friendly, the shop is very okay. However, there is a drawback: it is quite noisy. 1. Partly because the shop is located right on the front of a main road, the traffic noise is quite loud. 2. Because of this location, groups of customers generally just sit for a while and then leave, so they talk quite loudly. 3. Because there is a ball pit area for children, families often bring kids here. Some children go into the ball pit for a bit and then come out, others do not, so they often play, run, and jump, causing noise and affecting other customers. Overall, the shop is beautiful, the drinks are diverse and delicious, and you can visit to enjoy. But for relaxation, work, or study, it is definitely not possible.
As one of the loyal customers of T-Garden, I feel this place is very suitable for me. If you need quiet, you can sit in the front area, or on the second floor balcony. I mean it's not too noisy. If you want a livelier atmosphere, you can sit inside, because it's an air-conditioned enclosed room so the sound echoes quite a bit, so you can even hear others chatting. If you want to chill or take aesthetic photos, the koi fish pond area is an ideal spot. And if you have children, there is a whole play area for kids, of course with 1 or 2 staff members always standing by there so you can rest assured sitting and watching your child play or watching the fish swim (😉 remember to tip the two babysitters, not mandatory but I like to give them tips so I can sit comfortably and contemplate 😉).
The service at this shop is terrible! At 21:35, I brought my child along and ordered drinks at the counter! Then, after letting my child play for a few minutes, a staff member came in and said we had to pay a 30k ticket fee and could only play until 22:15! I can't believe there is a coffee shop like this! They are so quick to take money!
The restaurant's drinks are not very diverse yet. You have to queue for quite a long time to order even on weekdays. There is a play area for children, but you have to buy a separate ticket to enter. The space is spacious.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, tables should be arranged for guests in advance and priority seating should be given to guests when they come to the shop for drinks and to sit and watch. Currently, the seating arrangement at the shop is unreasonable, making guests uncomfortable. The staff are not enthusiastic, their advice to guests is unclear, and they do not know how to handle situations when the shop is crowded. It is recommended that the shop review its service approach every Mid-Autumn Festival.
Coffee and let children play in the children's play area
The staff at the shop are very noisy. On two visits, the counter staff laughed loudly and joked around as if no one was there, despite complaints. The owner should retrain the staff.
The restaurant is suitable for families with young children, so the space is a bit noisy, not for guests who want quiet, and the staff are enthusiastic in supporting customers.
Beautiful view, airy. Drinks are diverse and they listen to customer feedback. Reasonable price, staff OK!
Decent mixing, friendly staff, has a play area for children (fee required)
Good coffee - the cake is very delicious when eaten at the grill shop
Today is the first time I visit the eatery and the wifi has no internet.
The space with drinks is okay. But the entire 2 floors, the play area, only has 2 toilets, not separated into Men's and Women's, no urinals for men, quite disappointing.
Delicious cafe quite ok
Suitable for families with children
