This food stall is in a local area so it feels really nice to visit. The owner is really lovely and was able to add whatever toppings I wanted to the bahn mi. She had a lot of different toppings and it felt really healthy and light. It was also delicious.

The owner Mai Anh (Maia) is an absolutely wonderful person and the creator of the best vegetarian banh mi we have ever had. Finding vegetarian banh mi in Vietnam is not common at all and here you can not only get it, but get it at an exceptionally high level. The fillings are very diverse, full of plant-based protein, perfectly seasoned, and thoughtfully composed. Everything tastes fresh, balanced, and very satisfying. Even though we do eat meat and have tried many meat versions of banh mi across Vietnam, Maia’s vegetarian banh mi turned out to be our absolute favorite of all. The price is very low, yet the quality is truly top-tier. Highly recommended!!!
Dies ist das beste Streetfood Restaurant zum Frühstücken in Da Nang. Ich bin jeden Tag hier, da das Essen sooo unvorstellbar lecker, frisch und wundervoll geschmacksvoll ist. Insbesondere die Reisbandnudeln für 25k Dong sind zu empfehlen. Sie schmecken perfekt und werden mit frischen Kräutern serviert. Eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion. Dazu noch ein ebenfalls sehr leckeres Banh Mi Chay mit Gemüse und reichlich Fake Meat. Es wird auch immer leckerer warmer Tee dazu serviert. Die stellt für mich den perfekten Start in den Tag dar. Ich bin schon durch viele Städte in Vietnam gereist und habe vegetarische Restaurants besucht. Hier in Da Nang habe ich die beste Suppe und das beste Brot gefunden. Der Geschmack ist so perfekt und die Zutaten und Soßen sind ein großer Genuss. Danke Mai Ánh!

NOTE: Location changed! The new spot is 30 meters further. Easy to find, it's literally around the corner. The best vegan Bánh Mì in Vietnam!! The seller is a very sweet woman. She makes the sandwiches with love and passion, and you can taste it. 100% recommended.

This shop is delicious, I like the pate and sauce here. The banh mi has plenty of pickled vegetables, the flavor is harmonious. The salted coffee is also good and cheap. The owner said all ingredients are completely vegan, so I feel quite reassured. Will continue to support.

Vegetarian banh mi moved to a new address, a bit farther than the old location but still worth buying. Vegetarian banh mi has two price levels: 15k and 20k, both delicious, rich in flavor, and full of toppings. The owner also thoughtfully reheats it to be hot and crispy.
