This food stall is in a local area so it feels really nice to visit. The owner is really lovely and was able to add whatever toppings I wanted to the bahn mi. She had a lot of different toppings and it felt really healthy and light. It was also delicious.

The owner Mai Anh (Maia) is an absolutely wonderful person and the creator of the best vegetarian banh mi we have ever had. Finding vegetarian banh mi in Vietnam is not common at all and here you can not only get it, but get it at an exceptionally high level. The fillings are very diverse, full of plant-based protein, perfectly seasoned, and thoughtfully composed. Everything tastes fresh, balanced, and very satisfying. Even though we do eat meat and have tried many meat versions of banh mi across Vietnam, Maia’s vegetarian banh mi turned out to be our absolute favorite of all. The price is very low, yet the quality is truly top-tier. Highly recommended!!!
Dies ist das beste Streetfood Restaurant zum Frühstücken in Da Nang. Ich bin jeden Tag hier, da das Essen sooo unvorstellbar lecker, frisch und wundervoll geschmacksvoll ist. Insbesondere die Reisbandnudeln für 25k Dong sind zu empfehlen. Sie schmecken perfekt und werden mit frischen Kräutern serviert. Eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion. Dazu noch ein ebenfalls sehr leckeres Banh Mi Chay mit Gemüse und reichlich Fake Meat. Es wird auch immer leckerer warmer Tee dazu serviert. Die stellt für mich den perfekten Start in den Tag dar. Ich bin schon durch viele Städte in Vietnam gereist und habe vegetarische Restaurants besucht. Hier in Da Nang habe ich die beste Suppe und das beste Brot gefunden. Der Geschmack ist so perfekt und die Zutaten und Soßen sind ein großer Genuss. Danke Mai Ánh!

Great banh mi and such a nice owner! Open only in the morning and you guaranteed have a fresh bread every day. May Anh, the owner, can speak English and she is a really nice and interesting person to talk with

This is vegitarian ban mi street food restaurant. It's so delicious and healthy. I am not vegitarian myself, but I was tired of eating same ban mi everyday, so I gave it a try. I felt like I didn't need meet for a delicous ban mi. You can sit at low plastic stool chair behide the food cart. The owner Mai is very nice and friendly lady. She will be glad to have a chat with you. Give yourselft a try this vegan ban mi! You will like it for sure!

Come to Mai Anh for vegan banh mi! The banh mi is excellent, and if you've ever eaten at Loving Vegan, you know how good Mai Anh's cooking is. And she also helps Da Nang become cleaner by organizing Trash Hero. Overall, you can both try delicious vegan banh mi and support a truly good person. 🙏
