Staff lacks culture, extremely uncultured service attitude toward customers. Customer requested additional vegetables but staff responded rudely, saying 'just eat that amount.' At the table, they scolded the customer, saying to share napkins with other tables. Suggest the owner run a service business but must maintain basic culture. Although the food is okay, Da Nang does not lack options. Possibly the owner also lacks culture or is uneducated, thus hires employees of similar frequency and nature.
The dishes are also interestingly delicious for tourists. But the fermented fish sauce here is a bit stronger and fishier than a few other places (I can't eat much fish sauce, so I feel that way; those who are used to eating fish sauce probably find it okay). Roasted pork and crispy pork are better than boiled pork. The restaurant is extremely crowded, and on the upper floor there is only one staff member who can't keep up. A major drawback is that she wipes the table with a cloth and picks up trash with her hands. When I ordered water, she reached out directly, picked up an ice cube with her bare hand, put it in the glass, and handed it to me🙄 without washing her hands before picking up the ice or using ice tongs. After seeing that, I didn't dare to drink anymore. The price is a bit high. One portion costs 80k and has 6 pieces of meat as shown in the picture below.
I have eaten here many times over several years, so I'm quite disappointed to see the quality of the restaurant clearly declining. What disappointed me most is the air-conditioned room area. Customers have to pay an extra surcharge to sit in the air-conditioned room, but the space has a rather strong musty smell, causing an uncomfortable feeling. The accompanying vegetables are no longer as good as before, with fewer quantities and poorer freshness. Meanwhile, the pork is still okay, tender, and the fermented anchovy sauce is still well-seasoned, which is a point I still appreciate. The steamed mackerel dish has decreased significantly in quality. The plate of fish only has fish, no longer has accompanying vegetables as before, and the flavor is no longer delicious and appealing.
I ate the crispy pork skin steamed rice rolls, which were quite delicious. But I had to ask the eatery to get a freshly roasted portion of pork, otherwise they would give the old pork. The downside is that the dipping water for the rice paper didn't look very clean. Suggestion: each time a customer comes, they should replace the dipping water with a new one, because having many people dip into the same water is not hygienic. The prices are reasonable. I will come back to try other dishes.
Forgot to take a picture, but the food was quite delicious. On a summer afternoon, having air conditioning and eating this dish is quite refreshing.
The dipping sauce dishes are delicious, but I don't like the service attitude of the staff. When ordering spring rolls, they didn't bother to change the dipping sauce for the fried spring rolls; I waited a long time and had to ask them to change it. They didn't bring plates for customers to roll, didn't provide chopsticks in advance, and the napkins were also out. I had to ask the staff to replace them and wait for everything to be brought before I could eat. Very frustrating. The staff are not enthusiastic and answer customers curtly. In general, the food is good, but I don't like the service attitude of the staff.
A 10 for the plate of thinly sliced boiled meat, crispy skin, moderate fat so it's not greasy at all, but the side raw vegetables could be more carefully picked and washed by the eatery. There is air-conditioned room (5% surcharge). Overall, it's fine for a light meal.
Delicious food Service attitude needs improvement
I am young. When I arrived, the staff was arranging tables, but the security guard led other customers in. Then I told him, 'Don't ignore customers just because they are young,' and he replied to us, 'You brats.
I ate at location 1 without air conditioning, it was very hot, food came out slowly, service was poor. The fermented anchovy sauce had a problem because after eating, both earlobes itched and turned red (I had never been allergic to fermented anchovy sauce before).
I eat here a couple of times every month. The place is crowded but you don't have to wait long. There's an air-conditioned area and a non-AC area. I find that when eating with fish sauce, sitting in the regular area is better, the fan is cool enough. Prices are cheap, food is delicious, vegetables and fish sauce are unlimited, you can ask for more 😆😆
Also quite okay.
quality does not match the price, 70-80k for a portion, it's okay to eat but will not return
Bad eatery
The air-conditioned eatery is set at 23 degrees but it's as hot as a fan, and there's a surcharge. When entering the air-conditioned room, you can smell the stench of fermented fish. The accompanying vegetables are not very fresh. The Mì Quảng is extremely sour.
Extremely bad experience. The owners were grumpy and unpleasant. Asked for a little extra fish sauce but they refused, had to buy an additional 5k.
An average eatery, just to try it out, not a place to return to enjoy the cuisine of Quang region.
I have eaten here many times whenever I come to Da Nang. Everyone should stop by, and the prices are very reasonable.
Crunchy food. I find the roasted pork here tastier than Bi My at Con Market, but I prefer Bi My's fish sauce more. Everyone should come and try it. The eatery is crowded but basically clean. The price is mid-range, not too expensive.
Dirty vegetables, sprout greens still have roots intact, lettuce full of sand and dirt. The rice paper dipping sauce seems like it hasn't been changed, lots of sediment.
The eatery is closed but still turns on the app, forcing drivers to struggle and waste gas.
Cool shop, enthusiastic owner, 5 stars
The staff's attitude is not enthusiastic. Sat eating for 30 minutes, called for water but 2 cans of water were not brought out, had to ask 3 times.
It costs quite a lot of money to fill the stomach.
