The ticket price is soft, and the drinks are also quite okay.
High price, small portions. They serve drinks in plastic cups at the restaurant. I went to check it out and won't come again. Because the drink is small but the price is not cheap.
This is my 4th time coming here, and 3 times I've been annoyed. The staff is unprofessional. I promise not to come again.
I have never given a bad review to any service. But this place is so off-putting that I have to write a few lines. - The play area has a very bad smell from the air conditioner and is damp and moldy. - The staff only take money but do not give tickets (stickers/stamps) for children. - Especially, the female staff member was very focused on her phone, did not respond when children placed orders, and had a very poor attitude. If they don't improve, they might easily close down in the future.
Children aged 14 still charged the same play ticket as adults. The space is hot and not airy. First visit experience is a bit disappointing.
As society develops more and more, environmental protection awareness is increasing, yet the eatery uses entirely plastic cups to serve customers. From hot dishes to cold dishes. From dine-in to takeaway. Most customers sit on-site to let their children play, yet still use plastic cups. Harmful toxins from plastic and food and drinks. Every day, as many customers as there are, that many plastic cups are discharged into the environment. Society recommends using paper cups, paper straws, and items that are reusable or environmentally friendly. I am a person working in food safety and hygiene, always campaigning and advising establishments to ensure food safety and hygiene and protect the environment in the area I manage. An establishment like this has existed for a long time, but the authorities do not remind or change it, so I do not know where your duties are.
Clean, thorough, attentive. The car is also covered with a tarp to shield from the sun.
The restaurant is super lovely, cute, and clean, as there are always staff members taking care of customers and children.
First, they don't proactively update parents' phone numbers (not everyone is sitting at the location, sometimes they drop their kids off to play and then go to work). Second, there's no air conditioning. Third, I see many bad reviews but no changes.
Parents have to pay an additional 20k ticket, not flexible for children under 1 year old, too bad
My family and I have been here many times, but today I had to eat tapioca pearls as hard as rocks. I choked and vomited a lot after eating the tapioca pearls here. I asked for iced tea, but the staff never brought it out.
A cup of milk tea with full toppings, 30k reduced to 25k, with ice and 4 pieces of jelly. There's a children's play area, but parents sit in front smoking, making it hard to breathe.
Management is very poor, allowing a situation where adults holding knives fought each other in the play area while it was full of children. No security intervened.
While drinking, there was a strange smell, and when I sucked on the straw, there was a dead fly stuck inside.
The seating area is unhygienic, and the food is also not good.
Should come and visit, folks.
