De Nghia is a restaurant specializing in goat meat dishes and traditional goat wine, perfect for those seeking a unique culinary experience. Signature menu items include fragrant and juicy grilled goat sausages and a deep, rich goat stew (rua man). In particular, the lime goat meat (tai chan) offers an excellent harmony of freshness and tenderness, making it a must-try. Thanks to generous portions and friendly, attentive staff service, you can enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Da Nang is located in central Vietnam, so some dishes can be quite spicy; those who cannot handle spicy food should take note when ordering.

First try of goat meat. Grilled can be ordered from at least 300g. It's extremely extremely tough.. I could fully feel the muscles trained by the goat running around cliffs and mountains. It just didn't suit my taste, but the grilled meat itself had no gamey smell and tasted like regular grilled meat. Other meal menu items cooked more tenderly might be delicious.. but I think I'll be satisfied with having tried goat meat once.

Ordered two dishes: galbi and sundae. Personally, it suited my taste very well. The galbi was moist, full of juicy flavor, tender without any gamey smell, and chewy. The sundae was similar to gopchang sundae, and the innards were not tough, and the filling contained a lot of meat-like ingredients. Galbi is sold in 100g units, and sundae is sold by the plate. They also sell soju, but it's a bit expensive, and they sell what seems to be homemade liquor. We ordered soju and ate, and for two people it came out to about 860,000 VND. Compared to Korea, it's about half the price. The restaurant atmosphere was good, and the service was also good. The serving staff drank the alcohol given by customers... A special food experience, recommended.

It's pricey for Vietnamese food, but it's fresh, large, and the sauce is excellent. I'd visit again. I enjoyed the meal.

Da Nang goat meat restaurant. Should I call it a local place? Haha. If you order grilled meat, pressed meat, shabu-shabu, and vegetables like this, four people can eat to their fill. It's not to Korean tastes, but as you eat, it's edible. The grilled meat is somewhat edible, and people who like meat will probably eat well, haha. But there might be people who don't like the taste; opinions will likely vary greatly. The price is reasonable for a local restaurant, so it's a bit less burdensome. The store has a lot of infused liquor; if you ask for a glass, they'll give you one for free. My friends said it's like whiskey, lol. I think it's worth trying once for the experience, haha. It's almost 100% a local restaurant. For foreigners, our table was given a whole case of beer; you can drink as much as you want and return the rest. When paying, be sure to check the menu and don't order too much extra.

A specialty goat meat restaurant. It's a place where you can choose and order by desired type (grilled, soup, etc.), so you can order a customized course meal to some extent. Full of local atmosphere, but still a taste that Koreans can eat^^ Although individual differences exist, it's a goat meat specialty restaurant where people are generally satisfied. It seems to be a fairly large-scale place? with 4 branches?!%^^

This is the kind of place where Gordon Ramsay would come and say it's freaking delicious. Everyone is so kind. But the cola was lukewarm. Lack of sense -50, taste +200, service +40. Lastly, make sure to bring scissors!

I am Korean. The goat is very delicious. Especially, order the ribs. The sauce is like anchovy sauce, very delicious. The restaurant staff are very kind.

The food is average, the steamed dishes are the best, the grilled dishes put in the rotisserie are very tough, especially the wait is very long. The goat system is large but the food handling is terrible. I ordered 4 dishes, bill nearly 2 million VND, but only the goat sausage was edible, the rest was very mediocre! The goat is too smelly, everyone. Whoever praises it, I criticize. From management to staff, customer service handling is terrible.

The goat dishes are quite tasty, but the prices are expensive (01 portion of roasted goat 99k, 1 plate of 4 portions for 3 people). Other dishes are also very pricey. The service staff is rushed and unfriendly. If you choose this restaurant, you should consider carefully.
