The restaurant is spacious, with an upper floor. Service is okay. Ordering half a chicken or a whole chicken still uses the line counter like other branches. The line counter is quite sufficient. Soft drinks are refillable. The chicken is usually a bit dry.

Except for the fried chicken which is okay (like any regular Chicken+ shop), the food line counter was actually quite impressive. The corn at the counter was already spoiled, and there was only one type of five-spice sauce, one mayo, and one bottle of chili sauce—not many sauces like other places I usually eat. Overall, the toppings were sparse, no shrimp crackers, tomatoes, or bread like other locations. When I reported the spoiled corn, the salesperson didn't apologize or show any sympathy.

When eating, so many types of sauce are all out of stock; every time I order a sauce, the staff says it's out of stock, so annoying.

The counter line not only has vegetables but also no bread as advertised. When I asked the staff for the dipping sauce, they said there was none. I ordered an extra portion of sauce for 20k, but when paying, the staff charged 40k for two tiny bowls of sauce. When I asked, they said this was the sauce portioned according to the chicken. However, when I ordered, I asked if one portion was 20k. I find it very disappointing eating at this branch; I've always eaten at the Nguyen Van Linh branch before, and now eating at this one feels weird.

The food was terrible, the fried chicken thigh skin was rock hard, the boneless chicken had a smell, no Coca-Cola, no refill, the vegetables were wilted, the pickles were bad, the staff was not enthusiastic. I've eaten at many branches but am very disappointed with this one (near my sibling's house so it was convenient to stop by for a meal). No second time.

Although there are no photos, this is a moderately priced brand (50–90k/product), serving fried chicken with various sauces (cheese, BBQ…) and has single/half-chicken sets for couples (). The chicken has a crispy outer layer and tender meat inside, very suitable when you want to eat quality chicken without going to a fancy place. Some complaints about service, but many customers still rate it 4.2/5 — “tasty fried chicken with crispy coating and juicy meat”

Delicious chicken rice, lots of sauce, lots of side dishes. At other branches, there are no potatoes. The shop space is spacious and cute, a bit hot.

First time eating at the 77 Nguyen Nhan location, it was absolutely terrible. The outer batter was hard and impossible to chew, as if it had been fried and refried for a whole week. The chicken meat was dry and completely bland. The chicken pieces were soaked in oil, looking disgusting. Not to mention the onion sauce seemed spoiled. I usually eat at the Nguyen Van Linh location, which is very delicious, so I'm really disappointed with the Nguyen Nhan location 😭

Chicken rice portion 35k comes with a free glass of cold soft drink. The space is cool, spacious, and clean. High recommend

Newly opened shop, spacious and clean, 2 people ate 1 portion of chicken and were full, got free mixed rice. Ice cream is also very delicious, rating 5 stars

Terrible, the chicken is burnt, tastes bitter, I don't know if the chef checked before serving to customers, how could they bring out a burnt chicken, the sauced chicken is also not good, the counter is messy, I won't come back here 🥹
