I visited Quán Huân and found the overall experience quite okay. The food and drinks were fairly tasty, easy to eat, and the flavor was consistent. However, I felt the price was a bit high compared to some other similar eateries. The space is quite spacious and quiet, suitable for dining, light conversation, or going with family and friends. The atmosphere inside is comfortable, not too noisy. One convenient point is that there is a security guard watching the parking, so guests can feel more at ease when parking their vehicles. Overall: The eatery is okay, spacious and quiet. If the prices were more reasonable, the experience would be even better. 👍
I often come here to study and work. The shop has 3 spacious floors with an airy atmosphere, so sitting for a long time is very comfortable. The drink prices are reasonable, and the menu is diverse. The staff are friendly, quick, and enthusiastic. This is a fairly ideal place to sit and meet deadlines or study quietly.

Ordering food took a long time, after waiting more than 30 minutes I had to go downstairs and urge the staff before they started working. The first 15 minutes I went down to ask, they said they were making it, another 15 minutes later I went down and they were still frying :))
I can only give the restaurant 5 stars to thank the staff member who gave me a ride home. Waited a long time for water and was given flan cake as a bonus, so sorry, service at that level!🫵
The shop has a fragrant and clean environment. The drinks are very delicious. The shop is open until 3 AM, so it's very suitable for those who study late into the night.
The eatery is quite thoughtful and enthusiastic. The staff is attentive to every detail; when they saw I was cold, they asked if it was too cold and offered to turn off the air conditioner for me. This is the first time I've experienced this. The drinks are also well-balanced in flavor. I will visit the eatery to study a lot.

The shop is super cute, I love this room the most, the shop is spacious and comfortable for group work or working alone, the staff is super friendly, it will be my go-to shop🥰🥰🥰
The attitude of the morning shift staff and the lady at the cashier counter in red shirt this morning made me very uncomfortable, disrespectful to customers, the air is a bit smelly, stuffy. In short, the service is NOT GOOD👍
I think the restaurant should review the attitude of the staff on the morning shift of December 4th. I feel disrespected.
Running deadlines is quite quiet, has many rooms for group meetings, drinks are good, staff is extremely enthusiastic, especially there is a young lady who was accidentally enthusiastic when I came.

Staff enthusiastic, cute. I ordered 1 lychee tea and 1 Oreo blended ice. The lychee tea was sweet to the point of being astringent. The Oreo blended ice took a very long time to come out, but the shop apologized by giving 1 cup of plan ice cream. So good. The space is cool and comfortable.
On a pouring rainy day (due to the storm), we accidentally found Huan on Google Maps with decent ratings, so we stopped by to study. First impression: the shop has many rooms designed with concepts: meeting room, silent room, boardgame room, notes room.. We stopped on the 3rd floor and entered the room on the right to study while watching the rain fall. But probably because we stepped out wrong that day, the drink the staff brought out in less than 2 minutes was 'accidentally' knocked over by me =)))) What a great rainy afternoon ^^ I ran downstairs to ask him to clean up, feeling really embarrassed, thinking I'd just skip the drink. Then a while later, he made a new drink and brought it up with a gentle smile, saying 'I'll give you a new one. It's okay, many people have spilled drinks like this.' But saying I wasn't touched would be a lie TvT I was very grateful at that moment, and this also motivated me to write this review. If you read this, thank you to the staff working the afternoon shift on August 24 for the two drinks!! Although the drink wasn't outstanding and the tapioca pearls were bland and tasteless =))) the customer service was very okela, the staff were very lovely and enthusiastic. The study and work space was also okay, we'll visit again next time :D
A nice drink shop with beautiful decoration, but the staff are not dedicated. Although I said many times that I am a regular customer, they still made me wait nearly an hour for just one drink. The staff only brought it down when I was about to leave. Unacceptable.
