Very NICE
The meat is fried with burnt edges, a bit tough. The snails are truly rotten. The parking lot is spacious, the restaurant is polite and formal for group guests.
Traveling on a tour, we were taken here to eat. The food is average, the staff service is average. The space is spacious, only suitable for large parties.
The crawfish meat is firm and tasty. The crab meat could be improved.

I held a party at the Dai Loi Hall on January 30th. At first, reading reviews with many 1-star ratings made me quite worried. I worked closely with the manager, and the program turned out to be a complete success. The food was delicious, the service staff were lovely, quick, and provided good service. It might be that the end-of-year period is busy with many parties, so there could be oversights, but overall the evaluation is still very good. Feel free to experience it with peace of mind. The important thing is that they know their mistakes and are willing to listen to customers.
I booked a party, but when I ordered more beer, there was no beer. When I asked, the manager was evasive. The manager's service attitude was very bad. I booked a room 3 days in advance, but near the end, they arbitrarily changed my room. The entrance had an extremely foul smell; only after I complained did the staff come out to clean. I didn't trust the reviews on Google Maps, so now I regret it.
We had reserved a table in advance but they did not prepare the dishes. When we asked the manager, they said they prioritize Chinese tour groups first.

The first scene when I entered this restaurant was that the old dining tables of guests who had already left had not been cleared yet, leftover food scattered everywhere. Everything looked so messy, meaning that before I went into my party room, I had to pass through a series of tables that had been left for a long time but no one cleaned up. Not only that, later my guests reported missing dishes and were told it was because the kitchen was broken. What a joke. So my guests left hungry. Earlier, they also mixed up the crab dish with the swimming crab dish. Sigh. Wow, I can't understand it, truly disappointing.
The dishes are average, and the dining environment and service are okay in my opinion.
