Overall, everything was quite good. Everything was pleasing to both the taste and the eyes. The 195k combo for two people was a bit filling. But because I like to drink the broth, I ordered an additional 120k hot pot. The staff were quite friendly, except for one tall male staff member who was quite cold. But I think it's probably due to his personality and the fact that it was crowded, so they were tired. I will recommend it to friends.
The staff stood 5 steps away from the customer and called 'e oi, em oi' until the 4th time before being heard 😅😅 too focused on tapping the phone
Just went to eat with a group of 6 people at a restaurant with delicious food, reasonable prices, excellent, will support more
Staff attitude, food took half an hour to come out even though there were very few customers
Ordered 5 dishes, the first one came out after 45 minutes, and after more than 2 hours the last dish still hasn't arrived
Delicious grilled food, the staff also has some cute members.
Dining utensils are not clean, tables are not cleared, service is poor, food is not guaranteed
Hygiene is too poor
Both bad and expensive. Ordered frog hot pot, but there was only skin, probably just one frog. In short, it's bad and not worth trying. Asked if the hot pot comes with vegetables or noodles. The staff said no :)) Despite being called a hot pot, there wasn't a single piece of vegetable to dip. If you don't believe me, check the late-night camera on March 7 at 54 Ong Ich Khiem to verify. Not only our table was upset, but the table right next to us was too.
Sat for nearly 1 hour and still couldn't get the third dish, while we ordered 1 fried rice (took 30 minutes to arrive), 1 octopus (had to remind them the second time about the slow serving before they brought it), 1 silken tofu with ham, and 1 beef hot pot. We sat for nearly 1 hour and only 2 dishes were served; when we couldn't wait any longer and asked to pay, the hot pot still hadn't been made :))). Eating at Ông Ích Khiêm branch, the staff were enthusiastic but the dishes were also slow; however, all dishes were served within 30 minutes. The April 30 branch was terrible (the kimchi wasn't even fermented, it was no different from raw cabbage mixed with sauce).
I went on the 2nd day of Tet, it was also crowded, but the service was okay. The food was really terrible, the meat was tough and salty, marinated with too much seasoning. The meat had a strong smell. The vegetables were dirty, our table didn't dare to eat any piece 🙏 Our table ordered a combo for 325k, plus a 10% Tet surcharge. The eatery looked dirty, not appealing at all. The price was too high compared to the experience. Never coming back.

Today I went to eat at a BBQ eatery on 30/4 street. The BBQ set had an average taste, nothing special, but the hot pot in combo 2 was extremely salty. Honestly, I wonder if they even tasted it before serving it to customers. This is the first time I've eaten a Thai hot pot that was so salty. There weren't many customers, but when I asked for a fuel cube, it took over 15 minutes to get one. In short, it was terrible and disappointing beyond words.
Personal opinion, but what can be seen with the naked eye in the photos. The kitchen is not clean. The menu board is also sticky from greasy food not being wiped clean. As for the food, everyone has their own taste, but it didn't suit me. The saving grace is the enthusiastic staff. I asked for a lime, and they brought a whole bowl of pre-squeezed lime juice.
Ordering took nearly 20 minutes to arrive, the staff had sour faces, the food was mediocre, cooked just to collect money from customers, should avoid.
Delicious food, enthusiastic service. I ordered one grilled beef with cheese block, one crispy silken tofu with pork floss, one small grilled oysters with scallion oil, one beef dipped in chili. The bill was about 350 for two people. The restaurant space is spacious, comfortable seating, not too crowded or noisy. Location: 54 Ông Ích Khiêm.

The food is quite a lot for the price. Ordering a combo is very filling. The food is also quite tasty, and the staff are enthusiastic. However, the restroom is not very okay (it directly connects to the kitchen, so you can see the entire condition inside the kitchen - quite unhygienic in my personal opinion).
You should standardize the ordering process with your staff. I came because I saw an advertisement for kimchi pork rib hot pot, but when I arrived around 11:30 PM, a male staff member said that dish was not available. I asked clearly whether it was unavailable or sold out, because I came after reading reviews. After a while, he went to the kitchen to check and said the dish was still available. The kimchi pork rib hot pot had no kimchi and had too much oil. It didn't look like the advertisement video. Later, when another group arrived, a different staff member recommended the kimchi pork rib hot pot. I hope the restaurant reviews its ordering process and is clear with customers. If it's available, say so; if not, say so.
In my opinion, it's ordinary and not particularly special. I went to eat because I saw a video and was impressed by the beef bones full of meat fibers. Yet the restaurant slapped me right in the face like that: 4 pieces of bone with barely any meat, even though I ordered the 199k portion. Truly disappointing.
The food prices are slightly higher than many similar concept eateries, except for the beef which is better, the other dishes I find are also same same =)) the food is quite to my taste. My partner and I went to eat, 2 people, the bill was about 300k I think. The price is not cheap or affordable. The staff are quite enthusiastic and friendly.
