Highlands Coffee

Below expectations and Not worth the price!!! I purchased candles for 550,000 VND from this store at Da Nang International Airport, Vietnam on 24 February 2026. Unfortunately, after returning to Thailand and opening the product, I found visible dust fibers and foreign particles across the surface of the candle, as shown in the attached photograph. This was very disappointing, especially considering the price, the brand, and the expectation of quality from a store located in an international airport. I hope the store will improve its quality control to prevent this from happening to other customers.

We’ve had Highlands Coffee before and usually enjoy it, but this visit was disappointing. We ordered large coffees with condensed milk — one hot and one iced. When the hot coffee was served, we were told it only comes in one size, and the cup was only about half full, which was surprising. The iced coffee was filled mostly with ice, leaving very little actual coffee. This was not how our drinks were prepared at other Highlands locations. When we tried to clarify, the barista was dismissive and made us feel like our questions were unreasonable. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and unwelcoming.

Absolut erste Wahl in Vietnam. Hier wird der beste Kaffee serviert. Etwas hochpreisiger als anderswo, aber auch sehr gut. Lohnt sich

Today I returned from a business trip, traveling from Da Nang back to Ho Chi Minh City. I noticed there's a Highlands Coffee inside the airport waiting area, so I stopped by to buy a drink while waiting. Today the chain has a new item: fresh coconut combined with matcha. I tried it in size L for 85k. Visually, the color is quite eye-catching. As for the taste, it seems the barista was careless today and forgot to add sugar to my cup, so it was just ice, coconut, and green tea—no bitterness but also no sweetness. I guess next time I'll still choose the safe option for myself, which is the golden lotus tea as usual. If you have a chance to fly to Da Nang, give it a try.

The coffee here tastes very good, the staff are always fresh, always smiling, and when customers come in, they always greet them very enthusiastically. There is a view to enjoy that is quite fresh and clean.

The coffee, to my taste, was like the whole trip, very delicious. The service at the airport is not the best, and the prices are not low either.

The cookie was good but I totally didn't like the tea, maybe it's not my taste.

I see that this restaurant is decorated cleanly and neatly, with a cozy and tasteful style. Anyone who has just arrived at the airport can stop by to relax and rest. There are indoor and outdoor tables. The banana cake is quite delicious, not too sweet, chewy, suitable for those on a diet. The prices are a bit high, but the food is decent. The staff are polite and friendly.

Coffee shop inside the domestic check-in area, suitable for sitting and waiting to relax. Generally, this brand specializes in selling coffee and pastries, prices are a bit high but acceptable.
