I have been eating at Ba Thuy's beef noodle soup here since it first opened until now, the flavor hasn't changed much, ordering and serving are very fast, the quality is worth the price.

I've eaten bún bò here many times. Today I bought a small bowl of bún bò. The maid had a bad attitude. Reduced the amount of beef by half. 35k for a small bowl of bún bò is ridiculous. I was furious holding the bowl. When I talked to the owner, the owner said, 'Buying a small bowl, reducing the meat is correct.' That's a huge reduction, ma'am. Doing business but leaving it to the employees, oh my god.

The food is delicious but the service is very disrespectful to customers

Suitable for fast food style, experience a 'long-standing local' eatery. The broth is sweet from bones, rich in flavor, quite authentic to Hue beef noodle soup. Diverse menu: brisket, tendon, tail... The broth flavor is worth trying. But the noodle strands are small, not the thick type.

Bought a bowl of vermicelli for 40k. Asked for a bag of chili but was treated rudely. The lady scooped with a sour face, saying it's already complete. But when I opened it at home, there was no sate chili packet. Spending money feels like begging.

I just ate at this restaurant for the first time. The vermicelli was delicious, but the beef tail was a bit salty. The owner was enthusiastic and cheerful.

The food is okay, but the lady who scoops the noodles and the lady who carries the noodles have a terrible attitude. Both of them are employees, but they are so rude. Then when I asked for a bowl with more broth, she replied, 'The bowl only has this much, how can I add more broth? If you want, I'll bring an extra bowl of broth separately.' I've eaten noodles all over Da Nang and asked for more broth, but no owner or employee has ever replied like that. I saw that the employee is old enough to be my parents, so I didn't want to argue at that point. Now I see online that I'm not the only victim. Anyway, I'll find another place. Da Nang is big, there's no shortage of places to experience.

Only your own experience can judge. Where does the shop get that delicious lotus seed milk?

The attitude of the lady selling vermicelli is truly unbearable. When I asked for the menu, she said, 'You need a menu to eat too.' When I bought one bowl to take away, she pursed her lips???. If you don't want to sell, then keep it for your whole family to eat. I wish the shop keeps the vermicelli for the whole family to eat until they're full, for the rest of their lives 😏😏

I often buy here, the price is sometimes 25k, sometimes 35k, I accept it and buy it, but next time I won't buy anymore. The service attitude is rude, when buying takeaway, sometimes there are vegetables, sometimes there are no vegetables. Really disappointing.
