My experience at this restaurant was quite bad. I ordered a total of 4 dishes but 2 of them failed (the squid with fish sauce was all sour, not rich in fish sauce flavor; the green pepper grilled snails were fishy, making my whole mouth taste fishy). With a total bill of 350k, I deserved to have higher expectations, but it was not as I expected.
After eating, I got food poisoning as hell. The food is made to look plentiful, but in reality it's all cheap and not fresh ingredients. For example, the special seafood salad is full of mussels with shells to make it look abundant, but it tastes bad and smells foul. Plus some kind of snails that taste just as bad, not a bit of squid or anything. The salted egg sauce scallops have a terrible sauce. The seafood hot pot has some blue shrimp with long antennae and claws to make it look plentiful, but this type has very little meat when boiled. Plus two slices of basa fish and that's it (The restaurant clearly tries to fool customers into thinking it's cheap, but actually it's too expensive). Luckily, I stopped eating halfway because of the bad smell; if I had finished, the food poisoning would have been worse. Two people ate for over 400k VND, and it was terribly bad, plus food poisoning causing pain and fatigue, had to take a day off work :(
On March 5th around 7:15 PM, I came to eat at the Le Thanh Nghi branch. In the garlic butter scallops, there was a COCKROACH. When I picked up the scallop, the COCKROACH fell into the dipping sauce, and I discovered it. I called a staff member in a blue shirt to ask, and they said, 'Because it's kept in the back of the kitchen, a COCKROACH might have flown in.' So I ask, is the restaurant truly hygienic? I have eaten here many times, and now receiving such an answer, I don't know if it's okay.
The food I find is at a decent level, the restaurant serves dishes quickly, and the staff are enthusiastic. Many locals also come here to eat. It's worth considering as a dining place.
Delicious food, quick serving, polite staff, satisfied
Super delicious snails, eat to your heart's content, very very worth trying
The food is so delicious, the staff is so cute and enthusiastic, the owner is adorable beyond belief.
The staff is very indifferent to customers. When I arrived, it was around 4-5 PM. The restaurant had quite few customers. The staff saw me come in but completely ignored me. They didn't come over to ask or take care of anything. I saw that the staff were very free. They couldn't even crack a smile at customers. I thought maybe I was eating without paying or something. A numb experience. The food was good, but I won't come back.
The restaurant is busy - dishes come out quickly. I've eaten here 3 times, and only once the babylon snails were a bit off-smelling -> it's bad luck, understandable. You should try the salted egg babylon snails, the salted egg here is delicious hehee
Delicious snail eatery, famous in the area, prices are okay, honest staff. I overpaid quite a bit but the staff returned the change. Tourists should try it. It's always crowded due to its high reputation.
Food is okay, staff is enthusiastic

The conch with salted egg sauce dipped in bread is delicious, the steamed clams with lemongrass are delicious, but the grilled dishes are not very good, they are very greasy because the onions are overcooked and not as hot as freshly baked. The staff is enthusiastic and lovely, the price is reasonable. Worth experiencing.
Delicious, our family of 3 adults and 1 child spent about 300k - 400k. Okay
I've been eating here from 2018-2019 until now, generally speaking it's delicious, full tables every day, but I don't understand why it's rated low 🥲
Many dishes, food served quickly, staff ordering and serving are quick and professional. Fresh food, reasonable price, will come back again.
The owner Huong does unethical business, selling rotten snails to customers. When called, the staff said the owner refused to exchange for another plate of babylon snails even though we hadn't eaten much — too bad.
The food is quite okay, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive.
The staff is very bad. Although all the girls are pretty, they all ignore you. I asked for a bowl, they replied, but after sitting for 30-40 minutes, no one brought it. This is the last time I come to this restaurant. The food is quite delicious, but the staff is quite terrible.
The eatery has many delicious snail dishes but the prices are very reasonable, fresh seafood is delicious
Diverse types of snails and dishes, snail sauces are mostly sweet and easily cloying. Fairly okay.
I have eaten here many times, ordering the same familiar dishes over and over. I don't know why today the blood cockles were spoiled. When I told the staff, there was no explanation. I ate one spoiled piece from a bowl and left the whole bowl. When I mentioned it again, the staff said it was just that one piece. The customer's feedback received no problem-solving response at all. That's it. I will never come back. So disappointed👍🏻
Food 5 ⭐️ staff 1 ⭐️ Can't understand spilling dipping sauce on someone's shirt without a single apology, extremely annoying
