Vietnamese middle and high school students and college students are crowded here, so although it's spacious, you can only secure a seat if you go early in the morning or late in the evening. Wi-Fi is fast, and there are outlets at every table. The rectangular tables are wider than those in regular cafes, making it good for working. Drinks and food are cheap and edible, but there's a greasy smell like a Korean comic book cafe, making it a bit uncomfortable to eat. Ventilation is needed. If you have a lot of work and need a quiet place to work for a few hours without feeling self-conscious, you can come after eating, order a drink, wear a mask, and work.

I came back to Da Nang after 10 months. The current weather in Da Nang is scorching heat, exceeding 35°C. After 9 AM, it's too hot to be active, so both locals and tourists spend time looking for cool cafes. We also packed our study materials from the accommodation, came to a nearby cafe, drank coffee, studied, had lunch at this cafe, and plan to stay until 4 PM before returning to the accommodation for the afternoon schedule.

- The restaurant occupies a prominent 3-lot location on Mai Thuc Lan Street, looking very upscale and smooth, so it's always fully booked. - The menu is diverse, ranging from drinks, instant noodles, sandwiches, fruit with salt dip, and various snacks, priced from 25k upwards. - The space is designed in multiple styles, with seating at tables or in private areas like Zone 6. Power outlets everywhere and air conditioning max cold. There's also an outdoor area. - I tried the butterfly pea lemonade with aloe vera (beautiful, well-mixed, 10₫), bitter melon tea ...(bitter aftertaste, generally hard to drink, 6₫), pineapple tamarind tea or something...(7₫), and tried the egg and cheese sandwich (9₫), salted coffee was good, egg fried rice was good. At first they used Cholimex chili sauce but later switched to a cheaper brand, not tasty. ❌The downside is serving drinks in plastic cups for dine-in customers, and most of the lights are white, causing discomfort and eye strain. I feel if they used warm white lights, the place would look more upscale. ❌Additionally, during peak evening hours, some customers who don't come to work but just drink coffee bring their children, letting them run around and make noise inside, greatly disturbing others. I saw the restaurant has a notice asking customers to limit noise, hoping it works. Another issue is customers stomping loudly on the metal stairs despite signs and quiet reminders. For a work and study environment, education is there but awareness is... As for the staff, the kitchen door is slammed shut. - Overall, I really like the atmosphere here because the space is spacious and many Westerners choose it as a workplace.

I've been here a few times. In general, this place is NOT suitable for sitting and relaxing with coffee; it's only suitable for those who want to sleep. But I still came back because I like to support newly opened places like this. However, with this extremely bad experience, I will never come again! The service attitude of the staff is not friendly at all. I know this place doesn't allow loud talking or playing music, so I tried to whisper as quietly as possible. Yet, that staff member, having nothing better to do, kept staring and picking on customers with reminders, even though the coffee machine is ten times louder. I looked around and the place was very empty; the staff could even gather and chat, which shows there's a problem with the work ethic here. They probably want to close early. I've heard many people complain about the service attitude here, but I still wanted to come to support a place near home. This time, it was a terrible experience. The owner should retrain the staff on their attitude—it's too rigid, more like driving customers away than keeping them, so the place can survive longer in this tough economy. Plus points: the place is spacious and in a good location, attracting many customers from both the tourist area and the student area, suitable for 24/7 service.

I really want to compliment the service quality and the staff team here. They are very friendly in welcoming guests, enthusiastic in guiding and supporting customers. For instance, the other day I left my Kindle under the desk, only realizing it when I got home. I called the hotline and was immediately supported by the staff, who checked and searched for it. Afterwards, I got my item back. Thank you very much to the staff and the manager 🫶

The coffee shop is designed spaciously, dedicated for everyone to come and study or work. It is divided into small corners to ensure quietness and concentration needs. Drinks are okay and the prices are quite cheap, especially the shop is open 24/7. Worth to try 😊

Mình đã ghé đến rất nhiều quán về mô hình workspace và 24/7 ở Đà Nẵng này và Hi4 là một trong số những quán mình đánh giá cao trong số các mô hình mà mình từng trải nghiệm qua. Nước uống với mình thì trà sữa sẽ có phần hơi ngọt, trà thì sẽ hơi đậm vị vì quán làm chất lượng nên bỏ ít đá. Quán có không gian siêu rộng, có cả 4 không gian từ cabin room, bàn bệt chung, bàn ghế cao cho đến bàn ngoài trời, tất cả mọi khu vực đều trang bị ổ cắm đầy đủ và máy lạnh thì mở xuyên suốt. Nhân viên quán thì quá nhiệt tình từ anh bảo vệ giữ xe cho đến mấy bạn order ạ. Mình đến đây từ lúc quán mới mở các hạng cabin room còn trống nhiều cho đến nay thì hầu như các cabin room sẽ full nếu mọi người đi vào giờ cao điểm. Bọn mình thường chọn ngồi tầng trên để học vì cơ bản theo mình thấy thì khu vực tầng trên sẽ yên tĩnh hơn tầng dưới. Bọn mình cũng có ý thức không làm ồn để ảnh hưởng đến mọi khách hàng xung quanh vì tụi mình biết đây là không gian chung, là nơi mọi người cần sự yên tĩnh. Nhưng hôm nay tụi mình ghé quán vào tầm chiều tối, vì không có plan học nên tụi mình chọn tầng dưới để ngồi, lúc đầu (khoảng từ 4h-6h30) tụi mình vẫn giữ yên tĩnh nhất có thể nhưng khúc sau (khoảng 19h) mình có vô ý mở tiếng điện thoại một lúc hơi ồn, tuy nhiên khu vực tụi mình ngồi lúc đó thì xung quanh đã có nhiều tiếng nói chuyện cười đùa, kể cả các bạn phòng bên còn bắt ghế ngồi hẳn ra ngoài để nói chuyện 🥲 thì lúc đó chị bé nhân viên có lại nhắc mình về chuyện giảm âm thanh vì đây là không gian làm việc chung và một phần chị bé nói nhỏ và rất nhanh ý nên mình không nghe thấy gì cả. Tụi mình sẽ rút kinh nghiệm nếu có làm ảnh hưởng tới quán nhưng hi vọng sẽ có trải nghiệm tốt hơn ở những lần sau (đôi lúc tụi mình ngồi tầng 2 để học thì có một số khách ở các cabin room khác nói chuyện rất to đến nỗi các bạn khách phòng bên phải nhiều lần đến góp ý nhưng mọi thứ vẫn diễn ra như vậy và lúc đó không hề có nhân viên nào đến nhắc nhở về vấn đề này). Tụi mình rất vui khi được trải nghiệm dịch vụ ở đây vì thế mà đều đặn 2-3 bữa 1 tuần tụi mình đều chạy từ Thanh Khê qua Sơn Trà chỉ để ghé quán dù có những ngày quán full bàn nhưng không sao tụi mình vẫn hoan hỉ chờ và quay lại 💖 Chúc quán sớm mở thêm chi nhánh mới để các bạn có cơ hội được thêm sự lựa chọn cho việc trải nghiệm những mô hình như này ạ 😚

The shop's space is good. The experience is okay. The staff are lovely, comfortable for working or studying. The shop is not suitable for families and children coming to play, so everyone should consider whether it fits the shop.

I have experienced this restaurant many, many times, and it has also been my top choice when studying. Everything is very good, from the staff to the space. Previously, when I ordered drinks with less sweetness or less ice, the cashier would still note it down and make it exactly. That was before, but after Tet I came back and was very dissatisfied with the cashier, and for this reason I gave 1 star to the shop. Yesterday afternoon (Feb 15) I came and ordered a drink and asked for less ice (I said 'less ice' 3 times), but when the bill came out I didn't see the note. I thought maybe the cashier didn't have time to note it but would tell the bartender to put less ice, but no, I still received a full-ice cup. At that time, I let it go. But today I came to the shop again and still ordered, saying 'but please give me less ice,' and when I looked at the bill, I still didn't see the note. (Yesterday afternoon and today were the same cashier.) When I went down to get the drink, I was very annoyed. Normally it would be fine, but I have a sore throat, and seeing a full-ice cup was very irritating. One time can be overlooked, but the second time cannot be overlooked. I have never encountered a cashier like this before. When I said 'less ice,' you didn't even respond with 'okay' or anything; your attitude seemed to look down on others. I think the shop should retrain its staff, don't let one individual affect the whole team. Thank you.

The location, area, and space of the eatery are absolutely wonderful. The parking lot is large and spacious, sheltered from both sun and rain; many times when I forgot things or keys on the bike, the parking staff kept them for me 👍. The air conditioner is cool and cold (sometimes freezing cold 😅), occasionally there is a slight smell of food >>> 4.5* Drinks & food are reasonably priced and among the top delicious and very tasty in Da Nang >>> 4.5* The staff are lovely, enthusiastic, always smiling and helpful with any request >>> 5*

Initially, the experience during the evening of the same day was quite good. The flavor of the noodle dishes was very delicious, and the price was also very reasonable with the amenities at Hee4 (not to mention they have a buy-3-get-1-free promotion), so I felt extremely satisfied. Until some male staff members started gathering to drink and party right in front of where we were sitting, turning on loudspeakers and even taking the fan we were using. This is not a big deal, but what made me feel dissatisfied was that even though the staff's friend asked if the fan the customers were using could be taken, the male staff member immediately replied without hesitation, 'Just take it,' prioritizing themselves over the customers. I hope the management of Hee4 will supervise and retrain the staff.

I've been to this eatery quite a few times during my school days; this summer break I've visited less often. Everything is mostly okay, except for two things I don't like about the place. 1. Although the eatery requests not to bring outside food in, some foreign customers still buy food elsewhere and bring it in, which is quite smelly. It seems the staff didn't remind them to eat outside when they bought it. 2. Some foreign customers talk quite loudly, disturbing those around them. I've encountered this situation more than five times. If it were just me being annoyed, I wouldn't mention it, but the people sitting around me are also annoyed, so I don't think I'm being too strict🥹

I was very satisfied when I first came here to study, but this second time I was disappointed with the ordering and mixing staff. I said, 'Please add ice in the thermos,' but the staff somehow misunderstood and put salted cocoa in the thermos instead, and also didn't add ice. I asked again for ice to be put in the thermos. Now it's all messed up, how am I supposed to drink it? :'). Feedback for resolution: the manager and staff directly apologized and made me a new cup. Professional work attitude. Nice 👍

Yesterday our group had a flight delay. The driver took us to the eatery. I was impressed that the eatery was very clean, quiet, and airy. Inside, the eatery is designed with small private rooms (where you can lie down and rest). The eatery was busy but not noisy at all. Next time I have a chance to visit Da Nang, I will come back. Wishing the eatery always busy.

A very quiet study cafe, mostly foreign customers. The shop has 2 floors, the 2nd floor is quieter, coffee is delicious, average price compared to other shops but the space is much more luxurious. Will come back.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the restaurant, but I'd like to give a little feedback about the drinks, specifically the orange juice. Both times I drank the orange juice, it was bitter and seemed like the oranges were spoiled (the staff did make a new glass for me). I hope the restaurant can improve on this aspect.

The shop has regulations posted at the table: if left empty for 60 minutes, the box is defaulted to stop use; if sitting for more than 4 hours, order more dishes. Medium-sized cup of ginger and red date water is 35k. Quiet, airy space, suitable for studying and working.
