I am Korean. I traveled to Vietnam and happened to order this dish. The shrimp paste sauce is very special, so it's hard to eat. Thanks to that, I had an interesting experience and fell in love with Vietnam. So I am learning Vietnamese. See you again :)
The eatery is quite small, I haven't tried the vermicelli with fried tofu, ordered the vermicelli with turmeric stir-fried offal and found it okay, student price.
The tropical fruit tea here is extremely delicious and only costs 15k
First time eating such delicious bún đậu. The seating is spacious and comfortable. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. But I couldn't find a place to rate 6 stars, so I'll give 5 stars for now.
The dish is called super large bún đậu but there is no bún, it's not filling, I want to contact the eatery but can't find any information, I feel very annoyed.
I ordered here 2 times. Delivery is acknowledged to be on time. But for me, the bún đậu is not as delicious as described. _ Shrimp paste is watery, not pungent, no chili included. _ The breaded fried tofu coating doesn't match, feels like the tofu was from the previous day, taken out to fry the next day. _ I ordered stir-fried tripe with turmeric: but they delivered stir-fried tripe with noodles. The tripe is marinated with turmeric powder, no fresh turmeric at all, the tripe is salty.
I ordered 1 portion of BĐMT without meat, sausage. 1 portion for 30k, full and satisfied, affordable price, food relatively fast, the shop owner is lovely, plus 1 glass of kumquat juice, so satisfying. From now on, whenever I crave bún đậu, I'll come here.
A shop near my house, quite good to eat, lots of toppings. Cheap price, also sells winter melon seed tea with it.
bun dau portion 30k side dishes with bun are quite delicious
Bún đậu is very delicious and filling, a small plate is only 30k and you'll be full to the brim. The owner lady makes it relatively fast, and it suits my taste very well. Support long-term.
The eatery sells super delicious and cheap food. I suggest everyone order in advance so the shop can prepare it, avoiding long waits.
