Excellent, varied banh xeo served with delicious sauces
Went here on a recommendation and it was excellent. My first time having Bahn Xeo and they showed me the best way to eat it and the sauces made it great!

Overall tasty but like other reviews noted, very greasy. We make banh xeo at home with more dough and veggies and less grease, and I prefer this better. Recommend if you want to try a couple, but there are too many other yummy things to try, so don’t stuff yourself here. We enjoyed the squid one the best! Also word of caution, pick out the heart-shaped leaves out of your greens because those taste/smell like stinky fish.
clean, crispy, yummy dishes with beef, pork or shrimp. definitely good quality. many dishes are deep fried i.e. rich. fast service. dips are really good. herbs are fresh. see photo menu below (march 2026)
Come here and just order the shrimp banh xeo because it's delicious. The other dishes aren't good, but I still give 5 stars because I saw the owner lady got bombed with 1-star reviews too harshly.
My family waited 30 minutes, the staff refused to clean the table even though we reminded them many times. The staff kept passing the buck to each other, no one was willing to clean. Very annoyed with this attitude.

The attitude of the staff needs to be reconsidered. The female staff member's service attitude was not up to standard with customers. Feeling uncomfortable with the staff's attitude.
I just had a trip to Da Nang. The food is good, but the price occasionally increases; I don't know if it's because the place is popular. However, the issue I want the owner to pay more attention to is the attitude of the staff. We were not satisfied with the following: 1. We bought a lot of bottled water, so our bag was heavy, and we didn't want to order more drinks; we just wanted to ask for a cup of ice. When we asked the staff, they replied: 'We only give ice if you buy drinks.' 👉 Well, it's not wrong, but honestly, I've never seen any restaurant or eatery behave like that. Not friendly or enthusiastic! 2. We ordered a lot, and the staff brought the food out, placed it on the table, and said nothing. They just 'plopped' it on the table and turned away. 3. After customers transfer money, they don't confirm whether they received it; we just sat waiting. Then we had to ask again to make sure. Honestly, the experience at this place was very bad; we felt disrespected. If I come back to Da Nang next time or have friends visiting this city, I don't want to recommend this place. I hope the owner pays more attention to training the professionalism of the staff.
The second stop for comparing bánh xèo. I visited because it was recommended by RYOUKO, a YouTuber living in Da Nang. In conclusion, I felt it was a bit lacking. The bánh xèo itself was small (though cheap), and the accompanying herbs were not very fresh... The dipping sauce had a stronger peanut flavor than Bà Rêu's and was sweeter. The meatballs were highly praised, but I couldn't tell the difference from Bà Rêu's. Honestly, I wonder if it's really a Michelin restaurant? Is the bar for Michelin in Vietnam low? Even Bib Gourmand or one-star places in Japan are quite delicious though...
okay. Michelin guide restaurant, whatever that means. A tire manufacturer that rates restaurants 🤷. I ordered the Bún rạm and a couple of pieces of nem lụi cây. Nothing particularly special. Maybe I should've tried the bánh xèo since it's part of their name. 42k for the Bún rạm and 9k per stick of the nem lụi cây. Prices were fair. Service, decor, and atmosphere were nothing special or memorable. My first Michelin guide restaurant I tried in VN. Overall, average.
Delicious crispy bánh xèo, I love bánh xèo so I often eat at many eateries, but this eatery's bánh xèo is quite impressive, oh and there's the owner or manager or something who looks very familiar but I don't remember exactly who...
The food was generally a bit bland, but the taste itself was okay. The interior had good air conditioning, so it was nice to use it coolly.
A bit discriminatory between Vietnamese and foreigners. Foreigners get everything... Vietnamese get poor service.

I went at 4:30 PM, so there were no customers and it was quiet, allowing us to talk a lot and have a great date. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty, and the prices were cheap. It was good.

I find that Vietnamese pancakes are a type of food that can easily earn a Michelin star, after all, they offer a variety of flavors and layers when eaten. I visited two different places on consecutive days, and this one also tasted good, though the price was a bit higher. I ordered two best sellers, which are the simplest and easiest way to gauge their skill. Of course, after eating, it indeed had Michelin-level quality; both the pancakes and the rice noodles were outstanding. The only drawback was that the staff's expressions didn't seem very friendly, and this wasn't an isolated incident. This deducted points, but overall, I still recommend it.

Rau héo, phục vụ kém, rau hết mà cứ để gọi nhiều lần phiền cả người ăn lẫn người phục vụ dù đã góp ý rất nhiều lần, nhưng vẫn tiết kiệm rau với khách Tôi là khách thường xuyên ăn ( 1 tháng 3-4 lần) Không bao giờ quay lại! Trả lời sau khi nhận được phản hồi từ quán “Trước hết, tôi đánh giá cao việc quán đã phản hồi. Tuy nhiên, cách phản hồi của quán khiến tôi thực sự thất vọng — không phải vì món ăn, mà vì tư duy phục vụ. Tôi xin làm rõ một số điểm: 1. Tôi là khách hàng thường xuyên (3–4 lần/tháng) (quán có thể check camera xem trong thang 3/2026 tôi đến bao nhiêu lần: ít nhất 1 lần đến 5 người, 1 lần đến hơn 12 người, lần 25.3 đến 5 người) , điều này thể hiện tôi đã từng hài lòng với quán. Nhưng thay vì ghi nhận sự trung thành đó, quán lại hoàn toàn bỏ qua và chọn cách tranh luận với khách — đây là một sai lầm rất cơ bản trong dịch vụ. 2. Vấn đề tôi phản ánh là: • Rau không tươi (héo) – đây là lần trước chứ không phải hôm 25.3. Tôi lựa rau héo, chụp ảnh và có làm việc với nhân viên quán, nhân viên ra xin lỗi tôi, sau đó tôi đã xóa sạch hình và k có review gì, và ngày 25.3 tôi vẫn đến quán ăn thì quán biết là tôi có thiện chí với quán như thế nào??? 3. Việc quán chuyển trọng tâm sang việc tôi “ăn bao nhiêu rổ rau” là không phù hợp. Vì quán đâu có quy định hay thông báo bao nhiều rau cho bao nhiều bánh xèo??? Trong ngành F&B chuyên nghiệp, nếu không có quy định rõ ràng về khẩu phần rau, thì khách hàng không có nghĩa vụ phải “tự hiểu” giới hạn đó. 4. Một nhà hàng đạt chuẩn dịch vụ cao (ví dụ các tiêu chí mà Michelin Guide đánh giá) luôn có những nguyên tắc cơ bản: • Không tranh cãi với khách hàng • Không đổ lỗi cho khách • Không sử dụng ngôn từ mang tính cá nhân hoặc suy đoán • Luôn lắng nghe và cải thiện trải nghiệm Phản hồi của quán hiện tại đang đi ngược lại tất cả những nguyên tắc đó. 5. Câu nói “ai cũng như anh thì không có nhà hàng nào tồn tại” cho thấy quán đang đặt lợi nhuận lên trên trải nghiệm khách hàng. Trong khi triết lý kinh doanh bền vững là: khách hàng quay lại vì họ cảm thấy được tôn trọng, không phải vì họ bị tính toán. 6. “Câu nói ‘Em bán cho người nước ngoài , họ không bao giờ xin thêm bất cứ gì” không phải là một tiêu chuẩn phù hợp để đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ. Hành vi của khách hàng phụ thuộc vào văn hóa, thói quen và sở thích cá nhân. Nhiều khách quốc tế có thể không yêu cầu thêm không phải vì họ không cần, mà vì họ không quen với cách ăn uống địa phương hoặc muốn tránh làm phiền — điều đó không đồng nghĩa với việc dịch vụ đã tốt. Việc lấy một nhóm khách hàng để phủ nhận phản hồi của nhóm khác là không công bằng và thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Chưa kể đến quán đang mở tại Việt Nam! Mỗi khách hàng — dù là người Việt hay người nước ngoài — đều xứng đáng được phục vụ với cùng một mức độ tôn trọng. 7. Về việc tôi viết tiếng Anh: Google Review là nền tảng công khai, và việc sử dụng ngôn ngữ nào là quyền của khách hàng. Việc quán đặt vấn đề này trong phản hồi càng làm giảm tính chuyên nghiệp. Tôi góp ý không phải để tranh cãi, mà vì tôi từng là khách quen và mong quán tốt hơn. Tuy nhiên, với cách xử lý phản hồi như hiện tại, tôi giữ nguyên quan điểm: sẽ không quay lại. Hy vọng quán sẽ nhìn nhận lại cách phục vụ và đặc biệt là cách giao tiếp với khách hàng — vì đó mới là yếu tố quyết định sự tồn tại lâu dài.”
Student prices and quality commensurate with the price. Crispy sizzling pancakes. Spring rolls are ok. It can be said that the price is surprisingly cheap and the food is still decent. However, the dishes are more snacks than main meals.
Delicious food, polite staff, fresh and clean vegetables better than places I've experienced before.. The vegetables are suitable for the amount of pancakes, the staff gives as much as you eat, I eat little but ask for a lot of vegetables so I ordered more🥰 Will come back many more times...
