I chose this place on impulse, and I’m glad I went in. I actually wanted to go to a restaurant a few metres further north, but no one was awake there — the cook was asleep in the back. 🤣😁 I ordered skewers and a Pepsi: 95,000 VND. It tasted very good. The service was very friendly and helpful, and they showed me how to eat it. Everything was great.

Attentive service but the dishes are not as good as in Điện Ngọc and the restaurant is quite cramped. Not suitable for large groups.

Terrible
Any eatery that locals frequent a lot is definitely delicious and reasonably priced. I also came here based on online reviews and was quite satisfied. The eatery is located on a bustling food street with a wide sidewalk for convenient parking. When I arrived, it was crowded and I had to wait outside for about 15 minutes. While waiting, I combined ordering the menu in advance, so when a table became available, the dishes were served immediately, very fast. The menu doesn't have many items, only the main dishes: grilled pig ears and snout, grilled pork belly, grilled pork skewers, grilled stingray. Nevertheless, all dishes are delicious. The accompanying vegetables are plentiful and fresh. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The eatery grills on-site continuously, so the dishes are always hot and fresh. However, the space is small and noisy.
Tổng thể, quán có đồ ăn ngon, giá tương đối ổn và nhân viên nhìn chung khá dễ thương. Tuy nhiên trải nghiệm ăn tại chỗ vẫn còn nhiều điểm cần cải thiện, nhất là về không gian, vệ sinh và quy trình phục vụ. Lúc đến quán, nhóm mình phải chờ khoảng 10 phút mới có bàn vì quán khá đông. Điều này có thể thông cảm được. Nhưng vì trước đây quán quen bán kiểu tận dụng vỉa hè, sau khi không còn dùng được vỉa hè rộng như trước thì không gian bên trong trở thành điểm yếu khá rõ. Khu trong nhà khá chật, bí, nóng và dễ ám mùi nướng. Khu bếp/nướng lại đặt gần lối vào nên cảm giác hơi hực, trong khi phía sau không thấy thông gió tốt. Không gian trong quán nhìn khá hẹp, khu nướng và lối đi cũng tương đối sát nhau. Về vệ sinh, đây là điểm mình chưa hài lòng nhất. Quán nướng thì dầu mỡ, khói và vết bám đen là khó tránh, nhưng mức độ vệ sinh tổng thể vẫn cần được chăm kỹ hơn. Một số khu vực như bếp, quạt, khay và đồ dùng nhìn khá bám bẩn, tạo cảm giác chưa yên tâm. Đặc biệt, khay dùng để nhúng bánh tráng có lớp bám/màng ở đáy, giống kiểu ngâm nước lâu hoặc rửa chưa sạch. Đây là vấn đề quán nên xử lý ngay, vì nó liên quan trực tiếp đến trải nghiệm và cảm giác an toàn vệ sinh của khách. Về phục vụ, đa số nhân viên khá niềm nở, vui vẻ và hỗ trợ khách tốt. Đây là điểm cộng rõ. Tuy nhiên quy trình order cần xem lại. Nhóm mình đã gọi món lòng nướng từ lúc còn đang chờ bàn, nhưng phải gần 1 tiếng rưỡi đến gần 2 tiếng sau món mới được mang ra, và còn phải nhắc lại. Khi nhắc món, có một bạn nhân viên đang mang bầu phản hồi với thái độ hơi khó chịu. Có thể bạn mệt hoặc không thoải mái, mình hiểu, nhưng lỗi quên món là từ phía quán nên việc khó chịu ngược lại với khách là chưa ổn. Dù vậy, tổng thể các bạn nhân viên còn lại vẫn khá ổn và dễ thương. Về đồ ăn, phải công nhận là ngon. Mắm ngon, thịt quay ngon, các món nướng vị ổn, ăn được và có điểm riêng. Giá món nhìn chung không quá căng so với mặt bằng Đà Nẵng. Tuy nhiên khẩu phần hơi ít. Nếu so với một chi nhánh khác của quán ở Điện Bàn thì phần ăn tại đây có cảm giác ít hơn, trong khi giá lại ngang hoặc không rẻ hơn bao nhiêu. Đồ ăn ngon nhưng phần ít nên cảm giác chưa đã, nhất là khi đi nhóm. Về chỗ để xe và khu vực bên ngoài, lề đường khá rộng nhưng xe cộ ban đầu hơi ngổn ngang. Sau đó có nhân viên ra xếp lại thì ổn hơn. Tuy nhiên việc khách vẫn phải ngồi ngoài vỉa hè khiến trải nghiệm hơi tạm bợ, không thật sự thoải mái. Nếu có điều kiện, quán nên cân nhắc một mặt bằng rộng hơn, thoáng hơn và kiểm soát không gian tốt hơn

I've eaten here many times, also bought takeout many times, every time I return to Da Nang I stop by to eat. Even ordering a small portion, the staff is still cheerful and enthusiastic. For me, this is the best affordable BBQ eatery in Da Nang.

The food is delicious, I've been here many times. Fresh vegetables, the grilled pork belly is crispy and fragrant, excellent, recommended, you should go. The previous time, one piece of the pork skin wasn't crispy, a bit chewy. The fatty intestines are tasty but were a bit bitter last time. Staff: 10/10.

I've eaten here many times and found it delicious, so I came back. However, this time I left disappointed. The restaurant arranges tables so tightly that when a guest sits in front, it's very difficult for the next guest to sit at the adjacent table. Two guests dining together are forced to sit on the same side. When the staff saw the guests, instead of guiding or arranging the table, they commented, 'Why are you sitting in such a cramped spot? Why not sit across from each other for more space?' Is that really the service of a restaurant?? - Ordered dishes were missing when served; after waiting a long time, I asked the staff about the missing items. Instead of checking internally with the staff who took the order, they questioned the guest back and offered no apology. The restaurant should pay more attention to staff issues.
This restaurant has a problem with checking whether the dishes are served or not. Waited for an hour, called the waiter 6 or 7 times, they kept saying wait 10 minutes but the dishes still didn't come.
Advantages: The fermented anchovy sauce here is quite good, lots of fresh raw vegetables, dishes come out quickly. I waited about 10 minutes and got my food. Disadvantages: The space is small, so it's quite stuffy. Cleanliness 6/10. The meat is a bit dry; I guess the shop brushed on an extra layer of pork fat, so it feels extremely greasy very quickly. My stomach isn't full, but I feel nauseous and don't want to eat more. 7/10
I've come to eat quite a few times, but this time it's cold and I have a small child so I can't go. This time I ordered but was disappointed. 1 pork belly and 1 pig ear.
The staff are very friendly, and even though I came alone during a busy time, they treated me well ^^. And above all, the meat hehe is excellent.
