The food is quite okay, the most impressive is the 99k hot pot but with a lot of meat, the braised offal is passable, for the grilled portion, they leave the corn on for a while, it's crispy and super delicious. The only downside is the attitude of the staff, they hear customers calling but ignore them, I can wait but I hope the staff will respond with a word, it feels like the staff don't respect customers.

The staff's attitude is very strange. Even when it's not yet break time, if a customer orders something, they make a sour face and glare at the customer. It's a waste to run ads to attract many customers when the staff behaves like this. Customers won't come a second time!!!!

As a customer, hearing this made me very uncomfortable, especially since I had gone to location 1 first but it was fully booked, so I came to location 2 because I eat here often. But honestly, hearing the employee say that in front of customers made me very disappointed. It felt like I came too late or something, even though there were only two of us. To be honest, I really like the food, but with this attitude, I won't want to come back.

I tried the O Ty Beef Hot Pot restaurant on Đống Đa Street. My friend and I ordered the BBQ set for 2 people and were truly satisfied. The portion was generous, the beef was fresh and marinated just right, grilled to be fragrant and tender, not dry. The accompanying vegetables were also very fresh and clean, clearly prepared with care. The restaurant space is spacious with cool air conditioning, so sitting for BBQ is still comfortable, not too hot or overly smoky. The place is clean, tables and chairs are tidy, and the lighting is bright. The staff served quickly and cheerfully, and the dishes came without a long wait. I find the price very reasonable for the quality of the food and the ambiance. Two people ate until full and were still satisfied because the meat was fresh, the vegetables were good, and the dipping sauce was rich. The restaurant is suitable for those who like quality BBQ, clean environment, and cool space. I will return to try other dishes, maybe the beef hot pot next time!

I used both hot pot and grill, the broth is delicious and fresh. The grilled items are always provided by the grill house, eating them hot is tasty and suits my taste. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. I ate at lunchtime so it was a bit hot; eating in the evening would probably be cooler.
