I miss Kichi so much, it's delicious and the staff are very lovely, the food is also served quickly, 10/10
delicious food, always full
Satisfied with the service of the staff. The food is fresh, delicious, and of good quality. Will continue to visit the restaurant on the next occasion.
Excellent
The meal was really terrible. I arrived around 7:40 PM, but the food on the counter line was very sparse and really not fresh. I had to call the staff to bring out more, but for every item, they said it was sold out. The rice rolls were also sold out; we were not well served. They only brought out two trays for us and said everything else was sold out, only what was on the counter line remained, but the food was really bad. The replenishment was very slow, not worth the money we spent.
It was written that there were 70 different ingredient items (this is for the standard set) - during the entire time I was here, I counted a maximum of 30 items, including the meat that is brought out separately. The conveyor belt is simply empty - no one refills it. I am attaching a photo of the conveyor belt - it only had salads, noodles, or was completely empty; I was here during lunchtime from 14:15 and never waited for the conveyor belt to be refilled. I do not recommend this place, as I got tired of sitting and left here half-hungry. I have visited other establishments of this format and have never encountered this before.
Good experience when coming to the restaurant
Diverse food, table service available, good quality. Will come back.
Should not come here to experience. Worse than terrible, expensive prices, staff not enthusiastic in consulting, chose the Pro Max combo but the staff didn't mention that you can order additional dishes, for first-time customers only think you can use the food at the line counter, the food has a sour taste especially the fish is terribly fishy, and the food is not very diverse. After eating, had a stomach ache from noon until now. With a price of 1 million VND and the consequences left like this, you should experience another restaurant instead. Never come here, go once and never again.
Fresh and delicious food, enthusiastic service
Delicious hot pot, fresh ingredients
Comfortable
Today I ate 2 hot pot flavors: mala and premium beef, both are spicy and delicious.
The food here is very delicious, the space is airy, will come back to the 4th floor of Vincom, the price is discounted at 189k, the staff is enthusiastic.
Kichi Kichi Vincom is a very good choice for those who love conveyor belt hot pot. The restaurant space is clean, bright, and neatly arranged, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. The food on the conveyor belt is quite diverse, ranging from various types of beef, seafood, hot pot balls to vegetables, mushrooms... the ingredients are fresh and continuously replenished. The hot pot broth is rich and flavorful, easy to eat, especially the Tom Yum hot pot and mushroom hot pot. The staff are enthusiastic, quick, and always ready to assist when customers need more items. The price is reasonable, suitable for dining with friends or family. Overall, the experience is very satisfying and worth returning to.
All-you-can-eat buffet at a good price, fresh and delicious meat
The hot pot is delicious, wonderful!
It's been a while since I last ate at Kichi, the snowflake beef dish is quite delicious, the staff is very enthusiastic, will come back here next time.
It's been a long time since I last came back here to eat, it's bad, everyone. The hot pot broth is bland, the meat is off, the edges of the meat are all bruised, the seafood is also off, very small, the food is boring, not diverse, and some plates of vegetables have a few wilted leaves. Overall, it's bad. We went with 2 adults and 1 child, the bill was about 1 million VND including the buffet line, but for this price, if we go to Manwah, it's a bit more expensive but the quality is much, much better, and you can also use the buffet line freely, with variety, until you're stuffed. The buffet line here is 29k but you only get 2 pieces of ice cream, you can't take more lol.
It's very delicious, the staff is enthusiastic, but don't sit near the kitchen entrance of Kichi Kichi. That day I accidentally chose the wrong table even though the restaurant was empty because that table was at the very end of the row, so the hot pot ingredients were very few. If you happen to sit there, just call the staff to bring out the ingredients, don't be angry because the wait is a bit long.
I went on a Thursday, and the Vincom location was quite empty (I went at noon). At that time, it seemed they hadn't set up the individual hot pot pots yet, so since there were two of us, we got to use a large table. The meat that day was quite delicious and of good quality; there was a complimentary plate of snow beef that was tasty. The hot pot broth maintained the brand's usual standard. The food came out very quickly, and the service staff were very attentive. The two of us used a voucher and paid 600k. Anyway, this is the most reliable Kichi in Da Nang at the moment.
The space can be a bit noisy if it's crowded. The food is okay, the staff is a bit clueless when asked about the program but answers off-topic.
Delicious beyond belief, manager Ms. Hoa is lovely😗
